Delivery people were right on time and had our old refrigerator removed and new LG installed in less than 1/2 hour. Delivery guys were very nice and so far everything is working. We won't know about ice maker for about 48 hours according to manual. No dents or scratches on refrigerator so it showed up in great condition.

Good space bad door magnets

Have tried all the fixes suggested, but seems like the magnetic strip is insanely weak.

Best Buy replaced our refrigerator with another of the same model. After receiving the second refrigerator, we experienced problems with the water dispenser not switching to ice mode, and one of the doors did not close on its own and would stay open. We decided to exchange it for a different model of LG refrigerator. We returned to the Best Buy store and spoke to a salesman to help us with the purchase of another LG refrigerator. We presented him with an ad from Home Depot for a lower price than what Best Buy was offering. The sales manager told us they could not match Home Depot's price, even after verifying that the offer was valid. My wife and I were extremely disappointed with how we were treated. The price match guarantee offered by Best Buy is useless. We ended up purchasing the refrigerator from Home Depot, and Best Buy lost a customer for good. Terrible customer service.
