Fits great but cant really get over the no handles.Zero clearance is nice for flush fitment. The stainless steel is darker then other appliances. We are returning it more for esthetic appearances for another model that wont be flush mount. LG make this model with newer style handles!. Internal water dispenser is okay. Lots of storage for freezer. Does not have craft ice maker, I feel like it should have this at the price point.

So far seems fine, relatively quiet compared to my previous fridge. I like the width, and how the zero-clearance hinges allow the fridge to fit (and open) within a space barely larger than the fridge itself.
My main complaint with the fridge thus far is that the doors don't *fully* open like the doors do on a regular fridge. This may be an unavoidable aspect of zero-clearance hinges, but it means that it's slightly harder to access items inside the fridge, even if you technically have enough clearance around the fridge to fully open the doors.
I'll probably get used to this, and you can definitely still access everything, it's just slightly less convenient, especially with regard to items stored in the door shelves.
Ideally, they'll eventually develop zero-clearance doors that open a full 180 degrees, like most fridges, if they haven't already.

After significant research, I found that this LG refrigerator is the largest counter depth refrigerator with zero clearance hinges, and no door handles that require additional space when the doors are open. The zero clearance hinges enable the doors to open without extending the overall width of the refrigerator. This is critical if there is not an extra minimum of 3 inches of space on each side or the refrigerator cabinet. This LG has a sleek, high end appearance.

This fridge is great for the size. My only issue is that the handleless doors attract so much smudges and fingerprints. It’s maddening. The stainless steel feels light and flimsy so easily scratches and dents.
I do think the small footprint of its size is great. I had a hard time passing on this model. I really needed the cubic maximum size I can get for counter depth. Overall solid fridge only have had for three weeks and seems to be working well so far.

Couldn't be happier with this fridge! We don't have a big space and initially bought one that didn't have zero clearance, but we couldn't open one of the doors very wide because it's against a wall. This one fits perfectly and there are no issues. Love the water dispenser inside as well.

We had a very tight opening into our kitchen and the LG - Counter Depth Refrigerator is perfect for our needs. the 27 1/2" depth made it easy to fit into our space, and the handle less doors make for a nice clean look.
Inside the refrigerator is very spacious and much easier to access everything much better than our older model. Would highly recommend this model!

We love our new fridge. Very spacious. It was sent to us with a defect in the finish that came from the manufacturer. Best Buy did their best to make this right with us including giving us the option to swap it out. One con about this model is that there are not a lot of storage options for tall items, such as a liter bottle. The bottom shelf on the doors are your only option unless you are ok with laying them down horizontally. Otherwise, we are good to go.

I have only had the refrigerator for one week but so far everything is going well. It is working properly and seems very quiet compared to my last fridge.

I absolutley love everything about this fridge. The french doors with no handles takes a bit to get used to but the unit is sleek! I bought some drawer dividers on Amazon to utilize the bin space that work perfect.
