The insta view mirror is not completely blocks the inside without knocking on and no light on, still is visible & looks crowded. Attached 2 pics (WITH knocking)&(NOT knocking:which is hard to show since it’s a reflection on the mirror, but as I marked AppleJuice,Milk, you can see inside...)

Best Buy had the best price for this amazing Refrigerator…There service was professional and efficient. Delivery team was prompt and installed the new fridge quickly. I will buy all of my appliance from Best Buy as they provide you with the best choices and great pricing!!

Excellent refrigerator, easy to clean and works great with high quality. I love the glass door and knocked twice and I can see what is inside the refrigerator door without opening it

Within a year, the door icemaker cooling fan went out. Contacted LG, they sent me to Geek Squad. I haven't been able to get Geek Squad to schedule service and my 2 yr EXTEDNDED warranty started when the 1 yr manufacturer warranty started instead of after it ran out, so now i have no warranty. I have not had good experience with Geek Squad repairs on multiple issues and I will never buy LG appliances or anything Best Buy again. Geek Squad is in a foreign county (they cannot reveal the location when asked) and you cannot contact a local company to discuss the issue. Horrible customer service.

Love the fridge so far. Need to get used to opening it! Love the two ice options. You can use the basic functions quickly but need to learn the more advanced features. We love it so far!

I purchased this specificly because of it being counter depth. They don’t tell you that the housing unit at the top of the fridge prevents this thing ftom fitting under the cabinets that are built above the refrigerator niche. It sticks out even more than my previous non-counter depth refrigerator. It was a complete waste of money.

Toxic ice cubes

Absolute garbage. Top of the line LG??? I want my 25 year old refrigerator back. Three types of ice, all toxic! Forever plastics anyone? Best Buy has been out and LG also, neither will do anything. They call it hard water, but hard water doesn’t settle to the bottom as the ice melts, u only see when the water evaporates. Why did my prior refrig not do that also. Why can I make cubes in a tray and no white plastic particle? The only think that changed is the refrig. Pics are from melting many cubes… would u b ok drinking this over a months time. I’m not.
