Purchased this a year ago and have been in love ever since. It’s super easy to take the shelves out and having all the different ice options has been amazing!! Plus my two kiddos love to play with the mirror side

This is a great refrigerator. Plenty of storage in both the freezer and refrigerator compartments. Having multi ice makers is a plus. The door in door beverage holder is so convenient. I would recommend this refrigerator.

We weren't in the market for a counter-depth refrigerator until we discovered that a regular-sized refrigerator didn't have enough clearance to be placed where we wanted it. This refrigerator has fantastic space for a counter-depth unit. It makes three kinds of ice, has excellent freezer space, and the French door is ingenious. Our friends all comment on our "fancy" refrigerator. It is impressive!

We originally opted for a cheaper LG counter-depth frig which had the zero clearance doors. Once installed, we were underwhelmed and decided to exchange it. We decided to splurge and get this model and we are very happy with that decision. It seems to have a lot more room than the previous frig and the mirror door which allows you to open just the front part to grab items is better than expected. Love the different types of ice although that was not the selling feature for us. But the craft ice is pretty cool though. Smart features are pretty sweet since i am a tech nerd. Overall, love this frig!

I went thru a bunch of refrigerators before I landed on LG. That was a mistake on my part. I should have given LG a try the first time around. I first went with a Samsung Bespoke which is garbage. I had to replace it three times. Then I purchased a Cafe fridge which just never arrived. Then I purchased a KitchenAid which I had to replace twice. Try this fridge. You will not be disappointed. The only downside is the ice has to be emptied many times as you get that weird plastic taste that all refrigerators have in the beginning. Also you will be cleaning the tap glass multiple times a week. I also wish this fridge had soft close drawers. Other then that it is an absolutely great fridge. Choose LG.

We love our new refrigerator! We purchased it last month and love the features; four differnt types of ice, being able to see what is in the storage shelves on the door to quickly see if we need this or that. My husband loves the small cubes for chewing, and I love the ice balls because they last longer. The counter depth is great so that it doesn't jut past the cabinets and the pantry wall beside it. Endulge! You won't regret it!

Fits perfectly in our space and has tons of storage. We love it!
I would recommend this to a friend

The fridge has a great design but be ready for fingerprints on the beverage mirrored door.
If I was designing the inside I would have made the vegetable bins a bit smaller to give more room inside. If you want to use the beverage door for large warehouse items they won’t fit. Also the ice maker is a bit loud. Not dumping ice but making it, Kind of a whiney sound.

Love this LG Refrigerator freezer. Makes 3 types of ice and has a separate dispensing unit for water. The tap on glass window door makes it easy to see what's inside and there is, of course, plenty of storage in both freezer and fridge. Best unit I've owned in 50 years of marriage.

For my fellow shoppers, who are looking to minimize the cost of a new major purchase and help maximize all the bells and whistles, we hope our families and budgets appreciate. I did my research weeks before buying. I read multiple reviews, focusing on features, usage cost, and reliability. The LG line had all three, and then some. I chose the LG model BBY01-806770538346, which Best Buy had just added to its appliance lineup. So new that no stores had yet put a demo on the floor. (June 18th, 2023) I admit, having 3 separate ice makers caught my attention. The counter depth was an intentional selection, giving my family more space between the kitchen island and the only space to install the fridge. The gallon-size storage bin in the easy-access French door was placed perfectly, even from the outside, via the mirrored access glass door. Yes, it has the “knock knock” illumination feature.
The two ice bins in the top freezer drawer took some getting used to, but I have never been without ice. One is for those fancy ice balls, while the other provides mini cubes. The ice balls last longer, so your favorite drink doesn’t get watered down too fast. Smart! The drawers are climate-adjustable. Most between meat and vegetable settings. Storage is divided among several adjustable shelves. (4) The inner (L) inner door has very small shelves, but that was expected due to the water/ ice dispenser. Freezer space is not the greatest, kind of like playing Tetris with food items. Manageable. But less than I’d like.
Coming up on the fridge's 2-year service with no complaints. This is what triggered my desire to write this review. LG assumed my warranty was already expired (1 year after purchase) To add an extended service plan now through LG… 2 years = $552.84 & 3 years = $783.19. I was smart this time and purchased the Geek Squad's (standard) 5-coverage for $599.99 at the time of purchase. Good until June 2028. Smartest move ever!
Yes, I would recommend this LG refrigerator with an extended service plan to anyone with mild space issues. 26 cubic feet. Nice features. 3 ice-makers. Easy to clean surface. LG thinQ compatible. Do the math. Hope this helps.

Overall great but has a few issues. The water filter took forever to get right. You can’t pull the droors out unless both doors are open. The craft ice is great. One of the only bad things is that the glass is a fingerprint magnet but that is expected. The way the doors are designed it has to stick out further than our previous refrigerator but it’s not a deal breaker.

First, you notice that this is so quiet, and you hardly know it is running. It has enough space to store at least two weeks' worth of groceries for five people. I love the ice maker and the different types of cubes you get. The no handles give a nice slim look and blend with kitchen cabinets.

So far its a great replacement, I got a little carried away with what I was buying for my budget. It makes 3 kinds of ice, i enjoy the big round ice and so do the pets, it stays nice and cold! My little boy loves to try to make the front glass window light up. He also like seeing himself in it too. There seems to be plentiful spots to put things and i can make more room by moveing shelfs if i need to. Good amount of storage in the freezer too! Oh yeah, and ots nice that the water filters are going to be easier to find. Glad to have cold water coming out of the fridge. Also makes the kitchen look alittle smoother. Also it was nice for somone else to do all the hard work this time :)

I love this thing! It connects to my LG app so I can see diagnostics on it along with my tv’s and my washer and dryer. I love the craft ice and it operates so smoothly. Only thing I wish is that I could turn the alarm off when the fridge is open because I’m loading groceries. Otherwise, no complaints!!

Refrigerator works great, the 4 ice options work very well. Counter Depth fits perfect for a more streamline look to your kitchen and still has plenty of internal space.

We love everything about this refrigerator, its size is adequate for our family of 4 with extra room for extended family gathering meals e.g T-day/Christmas. The instaview glass door is great for quick/easy access to our beverages and the 4 types of ice is not something I thought we would use, but they all serve a purpose and we use them all now, added bonus. The only negative I see is how the main French doors swing open. If there is a wall next to the fridge you might only be able to open the door along the wall 90 degrees vs the roughly 120 it allows for. This wasn’t a concern for us as our opening for the fridge had a couple inches to work with on the sides allowing it to fully open. Also most people open both doors when accessing the fridge so either way there is always more than enough room to access the refrigerator

The refrigerator is great overall. No issues with cooling and the 4 types of ice are great for all occasions. Great space for all of your groceries and the freezer is a good size. Only reason this is a 4 and not a 5 is because of the mirrored door having fingerprints all over it constantly. We love the InstaView and the look of the door, but the hassle of cleaning it multiple times a day is annoying. If I knew about this piece I might have skipped the door, but when it is clean of fingerprints the refrigerator looks sharp! Other than that the refrigerator works great and no other issues to report. We have only had it for 2 months so hoping the results continue as far as efficiency goes.
