We had a fairly new side by side refrigerator but wanted to upgrade. We looked at this counter-depth Smart Refrigerator with Mirror InstaView and thought it might be a nice upgrade. It was! We have had many different refrigerators over the years and this one is hands down the best. Love the look and the performance is outstanding. We love the craft ice. The space is generous for a counter-depth refrigerator. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

I like the refrigerator as far a space and convenience, however, the water and ice taste absolutely HORRIBLE! It tastes like chlorine or something like that. I did as directed in dumping all the ice once trays were full and was instructed to dump approximately 1 to 1-1/2 gallons of water from the dispenser. I actually dumped about 3 gallons.

This fridge is great, plenty of storage ICE works all the time. Not like Samsung issues...only CON is the mirror side get fingerprint smudges BAD....

We love the craft ice option and knocking on the door to see in! The only issue we have is how easily finger prints show up on that door, especially with a teenager.

So far so good. The fridge is amazing. Delivery and setup was good. We like the 3 types of ice options. The water still has the taste of the new filter. I would recommend this if you are looking for counter depth type of fridge. But if you put a lot of things in the refrigerator then get a bigger size. Otherwise good.

Love this refrigerator so far. The main door ice has gotten stuck once. The dogs love the mini ice and the craft ice is a favorite. Opening the right door half way is also a plus as you don’t need rip open the whole door. The door with the ice maker is heavy so it does slam closed even with soft close doors. Seems to have plenty of room for all our food. I appreciate I can control and see status of this frig on the LG APP

Fridge works great. Love all the ice functionality!!! Only complaint is the frequency that I have to clean smudges off the mirrored glass. Not great for family’s with kids. I love the sleep look, but admit that I miss my handles.

Fridge is not only aesthetically pleasing, it is a great size and we love the fancy ice cubes, although ice maker can be loud when dumping g the large cubes.

Coming from the brand we previously owned, which is still trying to be repaired, this is a high quality refrigerator. It just sounds so much better than the other one too! When it is depositing ice in any of the three bins, it is quiet and it’s barely noticeable when it drops ice! The old fridge used to be so loud! The mechanics of it work very well, no difficulties with anything closing or opening and each feature works wonderfully!

Lot's of compliments so far on this refrigerator. Ice maker works great (there are only 2 of us so the mini-cube production is almost too much, haven't checked yet to see if it can be limited). Craft cube production is just enough, it is set at 6 cubes every 24 hours. Door water/cubes/crushed works fine. The mirrored door feature is nice, our kitchen is a little dark and it reflects some extra ambient light into the are from two sliding doors. App is easy to use. Nice interior size for counter depth. One thing to be aware of, the top two doors are heavy once the interior shelves are loaded, so not exactly a "soft close".

Works great for what we need. The door system is reliable and works well and puts up with heavy daily use. Sure you’re cleaning the glass a bit more often than stainless steel but as quick wipe with the microfibre cloth does the trick. Visibility inside with the shelves is great, so reduced waste there! Got this one on sale too so was certainly worth it. The craft ice is actually handy if you’re into that kind of thing!

Great refrigerator. Spacious and nicely designed. Fit perfectly in our recently renovated kitchen.

I have had this refrigerator for 6 months now. Works great, Crystal ice balls are amazing for drinks, lots of space. You can control everything from the app as well.

Overall I love this fridge. However, lost a star because it's a fingerprint magnet, the doors take some getting used to, and sometimes the doors will slam shut and there are no handles to hold on to, just some finger holds at the bottom of the doors. Also, the chime alert to close the fridge door kicks in too soon in my opinion. Who doesn't like to open the refrigerator and stare inside for a couple of minutes? Not sure if there's a timer adjustment for it but it would be great if it gave me more time to do inventory.

I wanted a new refrigerator that had the filtered water on the outside since the one that came with the house had that on the inside which I found very annoying. Plus you can get ice from it as well and works great. Having the door-in-door is really cool since I can pull out the half and half every morning for my coffee really easily without opening the regular doors. It is fairly quiet and really enjoyint it. And the cool looking craft ice is a bonus, too.

This refrigerator is excellent! My family is loving it, my wife is thrilled with the types of ice it makes. I highly recommend it.

We love the fridge. The only drawback that we did not notice before buying was the shelves are not adjustable.

Overall very pleased with the performance of the unit. Really like the variety of ice, crushed, cubes, and balls. The glass panel opens to gain easy access to frequently used items. Would rate a 5 if not for the unusual taste from the filtered water. Also, not sure of the smart features
