We are very pleased with our new refrigerator and it offers several good features.

I am really enjoying my new refrigerator. No complaints better than the Samsung I previously owned.

Has lots of room, works well, is very quiet, lower electricity costs

The refrigerator is awesome. Was problem with delivery (it was dented as they brought in the house), but problem is in process of being repaired. Service at the Best Buy store was excellent; however issues trying to be explained on phone service were deplorable and very frustrating. I suggest being able to speak with someone who is working in said store.

Love the fridge. Hate the door chime. Happens way too soon to need to be notified of the door being open. Customer support says it can’t be disabled. But it looks like it’s an option if you’re willing to pay for the upgraded app membership at $50mo. Ridiculous. And it’s loud.

It’s a good counter depth fridge. Has some quirks; keeps rolling backwards so have to move it out a couple times a week, the ice & water button is odd & I really preferred the middle drawer having its own door pull. But works well enough for the $$$ amount. LOVE the extra ice bucket in the freezer.

Love it! I love that it has 2 ice options and it hold a lot.

Great refrigerator and great price, double ice maker is amazing

Bought this to replace LG - Door-in-Door 28.6 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with Door in-Door that took a poop after 7 years. Initially I was reluctant that this one had less features and space for way more money. Now that I’ve had it for a few weeks I’m pretty happy with it. Warning note to others: I tried to replace the compressor on the old one and even though the actual compressor was under warranty the installation was expensive and turns out to be a waste of money due to needing even more repairs. Consensus seems to be the high tech appliances these days last 5-7 years. After that just junk it.

We love our new refrigerator/ freezer. Especially the two ice makers.

So far so good. Had a different brand and the ice maker was terrible. The LG we purchased is so much better in so many ways

Very simplistic refrigerator. The only reason we picked this unit is because it's counter depth. It's unfortunate that BestBuy is unable to price match as the same unit is selling for $200 cheaper at Homedepot.

Great refrigerator! The only thing I don't love is the small space for storing drinks or sauces on the doors.

This is my second time around purchasing the entire LG Appliance Suite. I'm one of the thousands of flood victims starting over again. My LG French Door Smart Refrigerator in S/S was only 8 years old and still looked as new as the day I bought it. Sadly it had to be thrown out. Purchasing the very same refrigerator 8 years later should say it all!

Very good fridge. A few things would’ve been higher quality had I gone with a Frigidaire model, but I saved money going with LG and all the features work the same.
