    It was a floor model. It had some issues which I am still trying to get fixed under warranty. What was working was OK. Storage space was OK. Ice Maker and Water dispenser took a while to get working, but that was expected; I had to cool it to 33F on refrigerator and -7F on freezer to get it to make ice. we will see how it performs after the warranty fix.

    I am very happy with my new refrigerator. I really wanted it in white but, settled for stainless since that wasn't available with the features that I wanted and it looks good even though all my other appliances are white.

    This is my second time around purchasing the entire LG Appliance Suite. I'm one of the thousands of flood victims starting over again. My LG French Door Smart Refrigerator in S/S was only 8 years old and still looked as new as the day I bought it. Sadly it had to be thrown out. Purchasing the very same refrigerator 8 years later should say it all!

    I like the features of this appliance. It’s got enough space for all my cold foods. The only other thing I wish they had another space for taller items on the other door. But I still like my fridge/freezer. I’m happy we had help in choosing it.

    We've only had the fridge for two weeks, but so far, we are very pleased with it. Water line was easy to install. The capacity is nice. It has a Wi-Fi connection, which really isn't necessary, but can be a handy tool I suppose. I wish it was a little more resistant to fingerprint smudges, or scratches from magnets. But all in all, no complaints.

    We purchased this frig on 5/26 and it was installed 6/4 on schedule. Working well so far and it is meeting our expectations. We are trying to get a replacement shelf that we slide back to allow taller items in the shelf below and have been unable to find one and store could not order one. Any ideas?

    Really happy with this refrigerator. Love the double ice maker. Purchase experience with the Best Buy associate was very good. Associate was very helpful and professional. Delivery was on time and the installation was performed very well. Have purchased many appliances from Best Buy and have never been disappointed.

    We absolutely love this fridge. We had purchased a GE Profile and after the third one we went away from GE and cannot say enough about how much we love this LG. If you are looking for a new fridge, this has got to be on your list to consider.
