I replaced a side by side refrigerator which seemed to run all the time (hummed constantly) and did not hold enough groceries for a 2-person household without some real jenga skills. This new fridge is amazing! It’s quiet, it’s roomy, it looks great. The only time I hear it is when it is drawing water to make ice (a few secs). The ice bin in the freezer makes ice so quickly. We use the outside dispenser for water and just grab ice from the freezer. As some have mentioned, the 3-step rotation in the door dispenser is a little annoying, but it’s easy to overlook when I love everything else about this fridge. Someone mentioned that the lighting wasn’t bright enough in the refrigerator, but that may have been an old model. The lighting in this model is excellent. I can see everything from front to back. The freezer lighting is good, too. While this model is slightly smaller than some, it holds a lot of food. My photos show everything that was packed into my old refrigerator with plenty of room in the new refrigerator. I love not having to constantly dig for items in the back. The shelves do have some limitations, but we make it work. It’s really no big deal. I have never had a counter width refrigerator before. It looks really sleek and does not stick out like my old fridge did.

I love my new refrigerator! It Is a counter depth model and it has plenty of interior space. I had a standard depth refrigerator before that’s stuck out way too far that I just lived with. This model makes my kitchen look so much more spacious. The ice machine works well and the refrigerator is very quiet.

I would probably give this 5 stars but the listing rated it as open box excellent. I’ll do the actual review, then that will be part 2. I was on the fence about counter depth because you pay more for less space, but we are remodeling our kitchen and I do like the clean look…plus I have an upright freezer and refrigerator in my garage. The use of space in this refrigerator is excellent and I dont feel like I’m sacrificing much, so I would recommend it for a large counter depth. Now for the star loss….I was about to buy the new version on a pretty good sale but then saw that there was one in my store for about $400 less rated excellent (no missing parts, no big scratches or dente). I went ahead and bought it online but when I picked it up I immediately saw some scratches and dents. The manager said because it was already so cheap that if it went cheaper they would have to send it back to the warehouse, so it was a take it or leave it scenario. I did a quick Google, and figured out that I could probably repair the scratches and dents to some degree on my own, but then, when I got it home, I realized that it was missing the ice container for the freezer and more importantly, one of the handles for the refrigerator was bent.  that really set me off because a bin for the ice is at minimum $35 and the handle is around 70, so I did go back to the store and they ended up giving me a $50 credit which was better than nothing.  it still ended up being a really good price for a good refrigerator. 

Our new LG refrigerator has been an excellent choice, a perfect fit and is working out very well for us. We love the top-bottom arrangement, the organization of the shelves, the outside ice & water dispenser, the handles and the stainless outside finish. In addition, the controls are working out very well and the LG app has integrated the refrigerator along with our other LG appliances into one nice control center. Best Buy's delivery crew was also great, showing appropriate experience and care for our home as they delivered and installed it.

Love this refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. Also nice to have ice in the door and also in the freezer. Lots of room and very convenient for me

Had previously owned an LG French door refrigerator and enjoy the space saving ice maker . The newer model has many more options and so far I’m enjoying it and the amount of space .

We have had our refrigerator for about 2 weeks and we are really pleased with it. It has a lot of space for a counter depth and good storage in the doors. It's nice having an additional ice maker in the freezer. You do have to be careful filling larger water bottles with the ice maker in the door as ice will slip out around the bottle and fall on the floor. One complaint I do have compared to my old LG refrigerator is that there are only a few placements for the shelves which makes fitting taller items difficult any place other than in the door. My old LG as well as the higher end LG refrigerators have an adjustable shelf on the top which pushes in to make a half shelf allowing for taller items on the second shelf. LG please make this standard on all of your refrigerators.

I like the refrigerator, but the doors don't align properly. The Best Buy Delivery Representative showed us where to align the doors and explained that it could not be aligned any better than what he did. He assured us that refrigerator will function properly. We are hoping he is right.

We really like this refrigerator..its beautiful and very roomy! I am so happy to have a french door and stainless steel! It makes great ice too!

Simple and spacious for a counter depth. Works great! Wish the shelves had more adjustability. There are only a couple options. It worked out ok though.

Love the fridge, love the icemaker, it has plenty of room, I like the feature of the icemaker that gives you more room for the freezer area, and I also like the additional ice bucket besides the ice and ice maker and water fountain features. I love the no fingerprint finish in the ease of the pool of the freezer on the bottom handle.

never have a problem with best buys' service when I get appliances. I replaced my old LG with a new LG refrigerator. no complaints. on delivery the truck driver called ahead of time and came as expected on the time. removed and installed my new unit. Thank you again for doing that.

“Counter depth” used to mean “no storage”, but the amount of available storage in this fridge is incredible. All the features of a full size version of this INCLUDING drop down ice bin in the bottom freezer (besides the door mounted ice drop). Pretty bougie

Best Fridge ever! The surface is very simple and fits perfectly in our kitchen, plenty of space and the ice making is amazing! Best Buy staff was also super helpful and friendly when we were purchasing the product
