    Even we are desperate for buy a refrigerator (our broke 2 weeks before) we take the time to look for a good deal and service. After many stores ,we find it in Best Buy,great customer service Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable, we decided for this LG.

    This is our second Samsung refrigerator and was a perfect replacement. Even though it has a smaller cubic footage than the last, it’s roomier since the ice maker is in the door. Love the no fingerprint finish - great with kids in the house.

    Best Buy is the only place we would purchase an appliance as they stand by their 60 day guarantee. This counter depth refrigerator was lovely but the size didn’t work for us. We went back to the store and got a standard size. Thank you for allowing us to get what we needed. I would say this fridge would be great for people don’t cook a lot. The new standard size works much for us.

    Not happy with shelf adjustability. Also, it came with a dent in the freezer door, and the (very competent and professional) delivery person said he was arranging for a new door front, which he would deliver soon. Have not heard anything since.

    Showed up with the doors misaligned and the delivery person could. It figure out how to adjust them to be aligned. Had to schedule a return and replacement. Pain in the butt

    I got this at Best Buy about a month ago and it's been perfect so far. It gets really cold, and I love the dual ice makers. The refrigerator is well designed and runs very quietly. There are two icemakers, one in the door for dispensing cubes or crushed ice to your drinking glass, and one in the lower freezer compartment that makes about 5 to 10 pounds of ice in it's tray. I would recommend this refrigerator to my friends, so you know I recommend it to you too.
