We had to quickly replace a 12 yr old LG that we loved. Well fortunately we found exactly what we wanted. This is as good as our last LG but with some added perks. Extra ice maker in the freezer and the door. Bravo! The sleek front with the controls inside. The drawers and shelves are huge but fit in our compact place. The freezer didn't change, and there was no need to do so. Love this choice.

Really enjoying my LG refrigerator! Besides it being so beautiful, sleek & quiet, it holds so many items, & I like having the ice in 2 areas! Glad it has 2 filters & they can be purchased at Best Buy! Also, Dwayne, the wonderful salesman, explained the pluses of this refrigerator. Thank you so much, Dwayne!

We have had this refrigerator for two weeks and it has been working good. It’s super quiet and super sleek. It has a lot of room for food, so we are pleased with that. The ice makers are great. I love having two options for ice, in the door and in the freezer. I recommend this refrigerator and especially for the price.

Lots of storage space. Ice makers make ice quickly enough for our family of five to have ice every day so far. The look is great. Our previous fridge was counter depth and smaller. This one sticks out a little bit not enough to be an eye sore or bother. I love all the space in the fridge part. Only flaws so far are: you can’t open the right side door while someone is using the in door water dispenser or getting ice. It stops operation of the eternal device. They need to fix that for sure. 2. After 3 weeks the water and ice cubes in the door and in the freezer section still tastes bad. Like plastic. We changed the filter and it didn’t help. We definitely have to fix this. Our old fridge water/ice maker was crystal clear. 3. The bottom long drawer of fridge should Be cut in half. Both doors have to be open to access it fully. If it were two drawers instead of one it would be easier and more energy efficient. 4. Fridge door ice cubes are smaller than what’s typical but being more compact it makes sense. They melt quicker. 5. You have to click the select button on the dispenser multiple times to “rotate” to each setting. Having one button for each selection (water, ice ,crushed ice) would be way better. We never use crushed ice but still have to cycle through it to get from solid cubes to the water. It goes clock wise. Kind of annoying. All in all I really like this LG. I may have upgraded to the Same one with the glass door if it fixed these problems. I didn’t want the tap view glass door. We have no need for it and wanted all silver as it looks better but it doesn’t come without the black glass door. So check out these issues and if the upgraded LG with the black glass door fixes these flaws, pay the extra $ and deal with the black door.

"I recently purchased an LG refrigerator from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect model that fits my needs and kitchen space. The fridge itself is fantastic — sleek, spacious, and energy-efficient, with smart features that make everyday use a breeze. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the setup process was quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend both LG refrigerators and Best Buy for anyone looking for top-notch products and service!"

Good capacity for a counter depth. External water / ice dispenser is not intuitive had to go online to find out how to switch between functions. Internal lighting is good. Did not like two ice maker configuration at first but do now. Temperature holding within 2 degrees of setting. The shelf adjustment levels could be better. My last refrigerator another brand only lasted eight years and had multiple repairs but cost half as much. After one month very satisfied.

Amazing Amount of Space From A Top Manufacturer.

This is a high quality refrigerator from one of the top makers, LG. It has a great feel and is real stainless steel. It is very hard to put fingerprints on it which is really nice. It stays clean on the outside almost all of the time unlike many other stainless steel appliances. The amount of space in this LG is cavernous. It is amazing that this feels like a normal size refrigerator that is only counter depth. Where they found all the space, I will never know. The two pull out crisper drawers are huge and the deli drawer beneath it is good. The left side door is significantly heavier than the right as the left side holds the ice that will empty out of the fridge. The ice cubes that come out of the door are small. Also, there is no permanent light on the unit and the light that does come out for water and ice is a very weak light. It has a second ice maker in the freezer that will hold significantly more and larger ice. The freezer has a lot of space in it as well and has the drawer that pulls out above the larger compartment. I recommend the app where you can control the temperature, monitor issues and increase the ice level. It is a well thought out app, but it will send you a lot of notifications, including when you leave the door open for a minute or longer. Overall, it is hard to beat the amount of space in this fridge. The left side door is quite heavy, I wish there was some nice LED lighting on the water/ice area. But, this is a quality fridge at a reasonable price for a We replaced a Samsung fridge that had ice maker issues and hopefully this one will last significantly longer.

This is a great refrigerator, lots of inside space two areas of ice accumulation. One for a glass filling in the other inside for a larger quantity. Holds true to temperature and it’s a smart refrigerator. It is equipped with Wi-Fi.

So far so good. Too soon to really evaluate (two weeks) but seems well built and attractive. This is "counter depth" but sticks out 2 inches more than our old one. On the other hand it is MUCH more spacious. Very happy so far.

When I was searching for a new refrigerator, I initially wanted to stay away from Counter-Depth models because you often lose so much storage space. However, that is not the case with this refrigerator. I am completely surprised by how much space there is and how well thought-out the layout is. Other things I love about this fridge: - Door cooling helps keep everything throughout the fridge nice and chilled -Dual ice makers (fridge door and bucket in freezer) -Tons of space in freezer The only thing that can be improved would be a higher quality deli/cheese drawer (located in the bottom of the fridge). The plastic feel flimsy but the overall design is okay. Overall, this is a great fridge that I am really happy with.

Learn from my mistake and buy LG!

First I made the HUGE mistake of getting a GE Profile French door refrigerator from Lowe’s. It did not work (compressor had to be replaced the first month) and Lowe’s was no help at all, After 2 months of not having a refrigerator that cooled and using ice trays, GE refunded my money, THEN I got smart and bought the LG. Has worked like a dream since the day I got it. After having the GE, there are SO many things I like more about the LG (besides the fact that it actually keeps food cold). The door shelves are roomier and the overall storage space is more efficient. The vegetable bins are deeper and roomier— we eat a lot of produce so that’s important. The doors open and close much more easily and stay open—we were always fighting with the GE doors. I love having the two icemakers, top and bottom, and the top one does not spit ice all over the floor like the GE did. This is a great refrigerator! You won’t regret getting it!

I had an LG just like this, then we moved about 5 years ago and someone convinced me to get a Samsung. Let me tell you one of the most exciting things about moving again recently was that I’d be able to get an LG back!!! I love this fridge!! Even though it’s counter depth, our family of 5 has PLENTY of space in this fridge. Its dual ice maker comes in handy very often with friends over etc. and the ice maker in the fridge door doesn’t take up space like others. Seriously, get this fridge. You will be so pleased.

We have had this refrigerator for 10 months and we love it. We replaced a full-size French door, with this counter-depth and we don't feel like we lost any interior space at all. We do not use the "smart" features. It took us a while to figure out how to stop the freezer drawer from making ice. (You have touch/un-light the Ice Plus on the panel. ) The freezer is the same size as old LG 2-drawer. Very bright interior lights and we love that all the drawers are see-thru. Outside cleans up nicely and front and sides hold magnets. The back is flat but the top does have "caps" over the door hinges. The caps are 1" high; from front face of door to back of cap is ~ 12" , so plan for that if you are slipping under upper- cabinets. Worked fine for our 18-inchers. Best Buy was easy to work with from purchase to delivery. Great customer service.

We’ve had this refrigerator for about a month now and we really like it! Much more room in the fridge part, easier to get the pizza boxes in and out. Ice maker works great. If there was one thing I would recommend, it’s that the freezer have a tub that extended with the door. Without that, it seems like so much cold air falls out of the freezer when you open it.
