We purchased this new 25.5 cu ft LG Smart Refrigerator for our new home. It's a perfect size and has a lot of storage for all sizes of items. It's quiet, has great lighting, and keeps everything cold. The freezer also has plenty of storage. We're very happy with our purchase and hope to use it for years to come.

4.5 stars out of five. Looks nice in the kitchen and works as expected with lots of room for stuff. The ice and water dispensers are convenient and work well. Quiet for the most part, we only hear it when it’s making ice. Connectivity with the app is optional but gives some helpful stats about your fridge and some functions you can activate remotely, like changing temperatures, beep notification options and ice maker controls. The app also gives reminders on when to change filters and if your doors are not fully closed. So far so good, will see how well this holds up over time. The reason for a less than perfect score is that the fridge seems tilted to one side even after the installers came back to level and adjust the fridge.

Very good refrigerator. It runs flawlessly all the time and provides hood quality and pure water and ice cubes . No noise at all . Happy with buy decision at best buy

I love this refrigerator. The counter depth is perfect for the narrow aisle in my kitchen. It is actually far roomier than the side by side I had for years. And two icemakers is a dream.

We replaced the Kitchen Aid side by side refridgerator that broke with a new LG. Our new LG is so much bigger on the inside than our last refridgerator evan though it fit into the same space that the amount of food that we are fitting in is truley remarkable. We also like the duel ice feature.

Perfect size for the kitchen. Countertop depth is a lot more room than the old one replaced.

I love my new refrigerator. My faite feature is the ice and water dispenser. That’s on the outside of the door.

Very well made. I've had Samsung for the last 7 years and have been lucky enough to not deal with the known ice maker issues, but decided to switch to LG based on recommendations of a retired BB manager. I love the layout, and especially love the freezer section as it gives options for larger items. My only 'improvements' suggestions would be: allow one of the top shelves to flip up in order for taller items (milk, bottles) or lay it back down. You have to take out the shelf completely. The ice/water selection in the door currently you have to keep pressing the middle water button to switch between choices. They need to change it to selecting each one, or change it to go from water to cube ice to water to crushed ice. Sounds silly but you have to keep pressing the center water button to choose the ice then go back to water.

Very quiet. Lots of space in the refrigerator, good layout for storage, Easy To see the food. The best thing about this fridge is the space between the ice and water dispenser and the base where you set your cup is quite large for big cups. None of the other refrigerators offered that and it has restaurant cut ice, which is an extreme plus the refrigerator was absolutely wonderful. The delivery guys were wonderful everything so far which I think it’s been at least a month is great. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

Love this fridge! It’s spacious in the fridge and freezer! Love the choices between crushed or cubed ice plus an ice maker in the freezer! Never run out of ice for family gatherings or parties! Can’t say enough about this fridge!

Love, love this refrigerator. The amount of space is fabulous and the ice maker inside and outside the freezer are such a joy. With the kids getting water, ice and crushed ice it’s such a breeze with not having to open the door. It really is energy efficient so it saves me money!

An amazing "smart" choice refrigerator ! Our old side by side was failing, and we lost a lot of food. So surprised that our new LG had so much more space, but regulates temperature perfecrtly ! No more spoiled food ! Surprisingly big freezer space, too. Love it !

Everything is so expensive these days, and its a shame the old brands like GE and Whirlpool have bad reputations these days. And the sales guys tell you flat out, if you get 10 years out of a major appliance you are doing really good. WOW. This fridge seems well made, is fairly quiet, and simple to use. I personally dont know why these french door fridges are so popular as you have to open two doors just to see your food and you have to bend way down for freezer. I guess I prefer the older style.

Its been a good experience so far. I like the option of of getting 3 sizes of ice. Only one issue is the icemaker in fridge takes up a lot of space in the freezer and also is turns into a jumbo bock when we open freezer frequently But overall works well and would recommend
