I absolutly love the space in this fridge/freezer, the three options for ice, and the fact that i get alerts on my phone through the app if my kid leaves the doors open. However, this fridge already has two visible dents, as well as deep scratches in the flimsy stainless steel finish. In addition to that, it picks up fingerprints like crazy. I cannot for the life of me understand how a fridge this pricey could be so fragile.

The refrig cooling part is good, as well as the freezer. The shelving and bins are flimsy. The handleless doors are awful. Would I recommend this product??????????

I like the freezer. Working perfectly. Te product represents the expectations.

Its only been a week but overall Im extremely impressed with the LG counter depth French door refrigerator. Lots of space andupgrades and thoughtfully designed.

Excellent refrigerator. Love the handleless doors. So easy to see all contents. The three types of ice is wonderful. I am glad I chose this LG refrigerator.

Had to replace a older Kitchen aid refrigerator and found the LG to be a higher quality and better fit for our use. Really like not having typical handles.

It's a great refrigerator! The water and ice cubes need to purged more than 2.5 gallons but once the pipes are clean it works great

Great fridge and the sales person was super helpful in giving us info on all of the models of fridges available in the store.

Not truly counter-depth — doors must stick out several inches to open fully, even with 90° hinge stops. Nice ThinQ app features, but the “four kinds of ice” eats up nearly half the top freezer shelf. Packed with options, but poor fit made this a return.

Love all the different ice options that it makes. My husband is a whisky drinker so the sphere ice balls are great.

Great choice for a refrigerator, well constructed, more inside space for its size. Makes 4 kinds of ice, super ball ice.

Excellent refrigerator. Perfect temperature control. Ice maker works great. Nice design and very usable shelves.

To open and close you need to reach on top of door. Leaving Back of palm or hand prints. annoying. Clean door then smudges all the time. Hard to open and close with out leaving marks. Also— water maker and ice maker making more noise then current engineering should allow for. Odd. If you sleep nearby rethink. If you are far away then no issue.

The reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because the sales rep told me the ice maker makes the soft chew ice but the fridge doesn’t have what we call “Chick-fil-A ice”. My husband had a recent stroke in addition to his treatment for a type of head and neck cancer. The hospital ice helped him stay hydrated safely due to having swallowing issues. The soft chew ice works for him, but it wasn’t included with this model even though the sales rep said it was included. The other feature is the craft ice but the craft ice doesn’t seem to last that long in my opinion. The fridge is nice but not worth the money if you’re expecting a specific type of ice. The fridge is very spacious, but the freezer could use some more space. Other than that, I like the fridge.

It is a good looking appliance. The water and ice dispensers work very well. Fits perfectly in the space.
