So far love this refrigerator, it is super quiet, great design, really like the pocket doors rather than big handles that stick out. Counterdepth but still 25.5 cu ft of storage is wonderful.

So glad we purchased for our family of 5. This fridge and freezer have more room than our last fridge by another brand. Love the craft ice! It will take a few days after set up to get the ice production where you want it. Love the annoying beep to remind you to make a decision and the close the door. Ha! Ours has no handles to give us more walking room and took several days for the family to adjust. Now, no big deal. Loving the new fridge! Glad we finally made the purchase!

Refrigerator is sleek and stylish, has large interior space for items of all sizes, and the freezer is also spacious. My family loves the added features of the LED lights that turn on automatically as you approach the refrigerator, especially at night, and we are all big fans of the craft ice that is always available. The craft ice makes for a Big Wow factor when serving specialty drinks. Highly recommend this unit!

Very spacious and reliable. Produces good quantity of round and small ice cubes. Keeps the food fresh for long period of time and is easy to maintain.

We love this refrigerator! Plenty of ice and no leaking water/ice dispenser; this is why we picked this model over others. Exterior looks fantastic; freezer noise is sometimes slightly loud depending on the loading.

I am really enjoying the fridge we purchased. It is big and can hold everything we need, I love the additional trays in the freezer. My husband enjoys the specialty ice, he uses it for everything and we just learned how to have the fridge make additional ice for parties. Things I do not love: One of the doors does not stay open, so when I am trying to put something larger in i need some help and there is no ice scoop included for the ice in the freezer.

Needed a new refrigerator and this model was fated high. It fit our built in opening perfectly. We like the choice of ice cubes - especially the golf-ball sized round ones. The capacity seems huge - substantially bigger than our old one with the same size footprint. Not sure what I’ll really use it for but I have it hooked up to the internet with the LG app on my iPhone. So far happy with it.

Once we exchanged the defective refrigerator for a new one we love the refrigerator. Love the 3 types of ice cubes and has plenty of storage. Best Buy customer service was beyond excellent. Thank you Oscar for listening to us & taking care of us.

So happy we purchased this fridge. The fridge is basic but still very nice and luxurious looking. The fancy ice maker is great also! We have enjoyed having a new fridge that is updated. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. We were in the store for a total of 30 mins, it was the quickest purchase by far. The delivery and installation was easy and smooth. I have purchased appliances from Best Buy once before and they do not disappoint. Can’t wait to upgrade the rest of the kitchen!

Luv the fridge. Larger than our standard it replaces. Didn’t need three but we’ll never run out of ice. Lights up when you walk by. Great at night. Brightness of a nightlife. Chilled very quickly. No handles in the way.

Great refrigerator. Love the craft ice options and ThinQ app is so cool. Highly recommend this. Thought we wouldn’t like the handle-less design but so far love it. So sleek without the handles. Purchased at Best Buy Outlet. Sales person was waaaaaay helpful. Great buying experience. Outlet is the way to go for huuuuuuge savings.

one of the nicest refrigerators i have ever had. I love the 4 types of ice...makes it easy for parties and evening cocktails. if you have a larger family, this may be a bit small to fit all of your food needs. its perfect for a family of 4. The motion activated LED light is also a nice feature along with the sleek look, as there are no protruding handles.

Nice refrigerator. Large for counter depth. Love the craft ice. Unfortunately the top of the pantry drawer is scratched and still waiting to hear from Best Buy to replace it

We are so pleased with this refrigerator! It is roomy and well designed! The 4 types of ice are a great idea and we are really enjoying this feature ! It is so easy to change the filter, too ! This is a very nice refrigerator with a solid design !

Fridge fits perfectly with my counter. Even though it is a more shallow depth, the fridge is still spacious enough for our family. The freezer is a little smaller than I had anticipated.

So far, we are happy with this refrigerator. We replaced an LG/Kenmore French door with this one. I like the new enhancements: four kinds of ice, larger size. I see the new counter depth design seems to put more room in larger doors, but then the doors need more clearance to open and close, which means the unit sits forward a bit. Makes me wonder if I really needed counter depth. Anyway, the space inside is really nice. It looks larger than counter depth to me. Hopefully, everything continues to function nicely. We got 12 years out of the previous model with a compressor replacement halfway. Hope that situation has improved. Craft ice is a really nice feature for drinks. Also, the family loves the mini ice cubes, which keep drinks extra cold. I also like that the surface includes more magnetic space to hang pictures, etc.
