Delivery was great not until they broke 1 of the Ice Bin. Requested for replacement since Nov.2023 of delivery until now April.2024 I have not received any replacement of that broken Ice Bin. It got broken because the delivery man was so in a rush removing the protective tape as he remove the one thats attached to the bin it also ripped off the Lid of that ice Bin.

This is leaking on the first day. It seems to have a leak behind the water dispenser head, not the water hose itself!

So far, this refrigerator is great. I love the ice makers and the space is pretty good. The space for tall drinks, milk, etc, is rather small and often times I have to store standing jugs on their side which can leak and make a mess. That is a minor issue though and I have not yet looked into reconfiguring it to have more space so I am not sure if that is possible. Sometimes I wish this model came with handles on the front. The front design is sleek and good looking, but reaching to the top or bottom to open it all the time can be tedious. I give it a 5 of 5 despite those small things.

This is my second LG Refrigerator. This one has 4 types of Ice. So far so good with performance. I like having the counter depth. Works great. Freezer has a lot of room. I love the light , night light.

I am using this LG counter-depth refrigerator since 4 months. We wanted a refrigerator which is flush to our countertop and not extending too much when closed and open. This fridge is not flush with the countertop and it cannot be due to the thickness of the door. In order to swing the door open, we had to pull the refrigerator few inches out. Now it is not flush with cabinets which defeats the purpose of true counter-depth. It is not visually looking bad and not a huge deal-breaker IMO. This counter-depth refrigerator has a major compromise that is storage capacity. The storage capacity is more than enough for our family needs. We never filled it up to its full capacity. This is not for families who like to stock up stuff for a week or large family or parties. It has some creative space usage which means door shelves are lean and item placement has to be well thought to maximize the capacity. Large bottles can fit in only one door shelf, which is another downside. Freezer capacity is mostly unused because we like to eat fresh and less frozen foods. It would be best if there is an option to convert freezer. There is a cool light effect under the door when there is a motion detected, particularly useful during night. We found it to be a light trick than a practical help. Lack of door handles can be a problem occasionally but we wanted to have minimal look and hence the compromise. Overall this refrigerator is doing a good job and serving our needs as expected. If space is your constraint then this refrigerator will be a good choice, otherwise look for regular depth refrigerator due to its capacity restrictions.

So far, we are really enjoying the refrigerator. I enjoy ice in my drinks, and I do get 4 options. My favorite being the round ice balls to go with a nice pour of bourbon. There is plenty of space inside for our family of 4. The door shelves hold milk and other larger items including all of our condiments. The in the door ice maker does not take up a bunch of space inside the refrigerator like our last one did. Having 3 drawers inside is a great addition. 2 for produce and we use the bottom full width drawer for cheeses, butter, cream cheese, sour cream and all other dairy products. There is just the right amount of freezer space as well. Interior space is easy to adjust to the way you want to store everything you enjoy. The outside is very nice and fits nicely in our space. The only thing that took a while to get used to is no handles. But now that we are used to it, I wouldn't want another refrigerator in the future with handles. The app is very good. Keeps track of how old the ice is, when the door is open to long and allows you to make easy selections on setting without pushing a combination on the buttons available inside the refrigerator. Absolutely love this fridge! Tons of space for a counter-depth model (comparable to a regular depth one). We also love the four types of ice (especially the Craft Ice) are a game changer. It looks sleek, stays fingerprint-free, and the smart features are a nice bonus. Perfect for families or anyone who entertains often. Bonus points for its lack of handles since my toddlers can’t get in it very easily!

So far really great! Love the ice it makes. Space is decent. The counter depth works perfectly for my space. The inside is really clean looking. I love the lighting. I am going to need to adjust the shelving height, but for the mean time, it does have the shelf that slides in to make space for taller products! So happy LG is rated most reliable. Love it so far

I really like the sleek design and the adjustable shelving inside the unit—it makes organizing so much easier. The large drawer is perfect for lunch meats, cheeses, and other quick-grab items. The two additional drawers are great for fruits and vegetables, keeping them visible and accessible instead of buried at the bottom. The ice maker works well, though it doesn’t seem to completely fill up. The freezer is thoughtfully designed with three drawer levels, which makes it easy to keep everything organized and within reach.

Every penny is worth it. I was planning on using my old fridge in the garage and i barely keep anything in my old fridge since this one is so spacious. This meets all my needs. The storage on the door take ALOT. The specialty ice is so useful. I dont think id be able to have a fridge without specialty ice after this point. There are motion sensors on the fridge so at night you can see where youre going when you walk to your fridge. Highly satisfied!

So glad we purchased for our family of 5. This fridge and freezer have more room than our last fridge by another brand. Love the craft ice! It will take a few days after set up to get the ice production where you want it. Love the annoying beep to remind you to make a decision and the close the door. Ha! Ours has no handles to give us more walking room and took several days for the family to adjust. Now, no big deal. Loving the new fridge! Glad we finally made the purchase!

We love this refrigerator! Plenty of ice and no leaking water/ice dispenser; this is why we picked this model over others. Exterior looks fantastic; freezer noise is sometimes slightly loud depending on the loading.

Perfect size. It holds alot of food! There don’t seem to be any “freeze” spots the accidentally freeze your eggs etc. The drawers are nice and deep, allowing the whole head of cauliflower to fit. Husband LOVES all the choices foot ice shapes. The stainless seems to repel hand prints, staying cleaner longer. Bot of a struggle to get used to no handles.

Great features and looks amazing. This one has 4 different types of ice and plenty of storage. Not to mention the freezer door lights up when you walk up to it at night, very cool feature.

Once we exchanged the defective refrigerator for a new one we love the refrigerator. Love the 3 types of ice cubes and has plenty of storage. Best Buy customer service was beyond excellent. Thank you Oscar for listening to us & taking care of us.

I am really enjoying the fridge we purchased. It is big and can hold everything we need, I love the additional trays in the freezer. My husband enjoys the specialty ice, he uses it for everything and we just learned how to have the fridge make additional ice for parties. Things I do not love: One of the doors does not stay open, so when I am trying to put something larger in i need some help and there is no ice scoop included for the ice in the freezer.

Refrigerator is sleek and stylish, has large interior space for items of all sizes, and the freezer is also spacious. My family loves the added features of the LED lights that turn on automatically as you approach the refrigerator, especially at night, and we are all big fans of the craft ice that is always available. The craft ice makes for a Big Wow factor when serving specialty drinks. Highly recommend this unit!

I love this refrigerator! The space is good, it looks really nice (love the fact it has no handled sticking out), the variety of ice cubes is a bonus, and the connectivity is so convenient!
