Needed to replace our Frigidaire bottom freezer refrigerator and after researching brands, decided to go with LG (have laundry set from LG). Really appreciated Best Buy customer support and value

I love my new refrigerator. It comes with two ice makers; one in the freezer and one in the door. It also looks sharp.

The fridge is spacious and has a lot of customization with shelving. But the freezer is way too small. With the ice bin it barely fits anything in the top drawer. The bottom drawer is poorly shaped and does not fit a lot.

The product is wonderful, delivered poorly. They dented the fridge. Never put filter in,but stated they did. Damaged the freezer handel ,dropped it on a tiled floor. They damaged all my sreps , and front landing. Never used a dolly ir straps. Poorest delivery ever had. Yet product still and damage to be dealt with. Jerinewell palmer

The manager Patrick at the Montgomery ville pa shop was very knowledgeable and very polite . The product is good but the delivery guys did not explain anything about the various aspects of the refrigerator. They just installed the new one and hauled the old one , all in 10 minutes

PLEASE. DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR. Let me paint a picture for all you would be consumers. You have a little perfect angel baby that just won't go to sleep, you've tried rocking them back and forth with soothing music in a perfect environment you've painstakingly crafted for your offspring, it's 3 am and you have to get up for work at 6 am. 6 am comes around much too soon and you have to make breakfast for you and your spouse and your other child, while getting ready for work yourself. In an attempt to make breakfast as quickly and smoothly as possible, you leave the door open to rapidly pull everything out at once. TOO SLOW IDIOT. Your refrigerator is gonna let you know you're moving too slow and it isn't going to remind you once, it's going to continuously remind you that you're moving too slow and you're not thinking clearly due to your sleep deprivation. This irritates you (as it is an intentionally irritating feature) so you look for a way to stop this alarm. Perhaps it's in the manual! Nope no mention of the feature in the manual. Perhaps you can turn off the alarm by downloading the application and turning off with that. WRONG AGAIN DOUCHEBAG. And you start to doubt yourself, "of course there's a way to turn off this incessant chiming and I am just looking in the wrong place, perhaps there's another control panel a hidden control panel" so you call the support team only for them to tell you just hit the alarm button for 3 seconds. It's so obvious! Why didn't you do that hours ago! Because there is no such button! This refrigerator keeps stuff cold and has a cool window, but the alarm on this thing makes me want to open it up to rip out the speakers. The worst feature imaginable.

Very efficient refrigerator .you can control from you cellphone . The app tells everything about the refrigerator function and any trouble. I recommend this LG refrigerator .

We loved this refrigerator for about as long as it was under warranty. Literally right after the warranty expired, we have had to replace the compressor twice. The repairman even told us that LG was having issues with their compressors. As I write this review, it sounds like someone has a jackhammer in my kitchen.

LG has the worse service ever, they got sue for failure appliance and now extended warranty to 5 yrs. if you plan to get LG brand, get something below $500. Fail wirhin 5 yrs its ok just $500. Don't follow my footsteps, I got 3.5K Frenchdoor fail just right after 5 yrs. Leaking coolant from the metal pipes shut off evaporated fans and mainboard failed. Estimate cost will be $1500 to fix it out of my pocket. Most of my household is LG brand but from now on it will be something else definitely NO MORE lg. Online shows lg appliance is the most faulty/failure their service is 0 out of 10. Good luck and learn from me..

DO NOT BUY!! Bought one and had to be replaced in 3 years. The freezer will stop cooling and then the fridge will stop too. Please save yourself money and time. Called LG to replace and they gave me a wait time of four days to fix it. Many people are having this issue plz check YouTube for LG complaints and lawsuits. You can’t even sue them for giving you bad parts because when you buy their product they have it written on the box that you can’t sue them. But we never get the box because the delivery people cut it out of the box when you receive their product. Customer service is also really bad.
