Terrible Product, Worst Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dead at 2.5 yrs.1st LG tech said it was the compressor and he couldn’t fix it. 2+ weeks a 2nd LG tech arrived, but now also needs a new motherboard. 2 more weeks. LG Customer Service is a nightmare. Hours on hold. The prorated buyback amount changed each day, with each CSR not knowing what the previous CSR had said. Presidential Liaison? Alexis called me and said that she couldn’t give me a number because the LG system was down. Then why did you call? Because I have to call everyone on my list.

TERRIBLE FRIDGE - WILL DIE WITHIN 5 YEARS
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would not recommend this fridge. Mine died after 5 years which to me, is shameful. The tech that came to attempt it said he sees this all the time and that these fridges aren't built like they use to and have a life of about 4-5 years and then the seals start to leak which is a 2K fix. I was very disappointed in LG response and the customer service from Best Buy who sent me all over the place. Very frustrating.
