Pros: The new refrigerator has a lot more room than the standard counter depth fridge. The freezer drawer opens all the way making it easy to reach in and get to all the food. The instaview is ok, but if you have a lot of items in the door storage you cannot really see the shelves. Cons: The ice maker is very loud compared to our last refrigerator. The left door when you close it if you have bottles in the door they rattle quite a bit. The water from the fridge is not that cold but is cool. Overall we really really like this fridge so far.

The refrigerator was delivered and installed on Jan 3, 2023. In general, we are happy with the refrigerator and the white gloves installation. However, the refrigerator was not leveled properly, which resulted in it shaking when the doors were closed and the doors did not close properly. BB sent out technicians who solved the problem. Now, I discovered that the lower hinge of the left door is coming off. I don't know if it was delivered that way or if usage has caused the issue. I am attempting to get BB to repair the hinge.

Great refrigerator plenty of space and good look! The light is very useful to save energy.

Keeps food cool and has modern conveniences. Love the fact the door ice maker and water dispenser dont take up the top left space if the fridge. One complaint is the odd small shelf which is almost useless on the bottom of the left door you almost dont notice it unless you crouch under the door. No other complaints outside that other than I wish this model had the craft ice but thats just nit picking. Operates as a fridge should.

Purchased the refreg as an update to my new home. Fits perfect. Looks amazing in my kitchen with the other appliances. Wish it was more room between the inside shelves. They can be adjusted, but not really in a goid way. Will lose space by doing so.

Love the storage in this fridge. The additional ice bin in freezer always has been amazing addition. Very pleased with this so far. We do not use the touch feature to look inside the fridge to often, but aesthetically it matches pur other appliances and is a nice feature.

Bought as a scratch and dent- did not realize the BIG dent in the rear compressor. Did not work. Best Buy exchanged for a new fridge the next day. We bought a different brand as I did not like the shelving configuration options.

So far, I really like this refrigerator. Had a side by side GE before that was 10 yrs old. This has much more space. Everything is very easy to see inside and also accessible. I also like having the freezer on the bottom. Easily accessible with lots more storage.

Very good sized, countertop depth refrigerator. Looks good too, and functional. Was a good value on sale.

Love this fridge. It was such a great upgrade from my previous one. I do enjoy the water dispenser as it’s simple and functional. I now hope to set up the side with the see through panel with pretty drinks because I have no idea what else to do.

My family loves our new refrigerator. The knock door to turn on other side of the door was so fancy. There's a lot of room inside to put your left over or other stuff. The freezer is huge too. They have 2 icetrays so you don't need to worry to run out of it.

This refrigerator and freezer is the most spacious I have ever had. Lots of room in the freezer too. The feature to see what’s in the fridge by knocking on the door is bonus. Love everything about it!

I love everything about my LG refrigerator the space inside the way how it looks the design.

We are so impressed with our new counter depth fridge. It is our 3rd counter depth LG fridge, and the most cleverly designed use of space we have seen so far. The interior is ingeniusly designed to use every square inch of space. As I prepped some food to go recently, I found that even a 9 × 12 inch aluminum pan will fit easily on an interior shelf the long way, leaving room alongside it for more storage. The large shelf on one of the fridge doors will even accomodate a bottle of wine, as well as the usual milk, juice, etc Apparently LG has added a special finish to the stainless steel model that is truly finger print resistant and much easier to keep looking spiffy. Relocating the temperature and other adjustable features to an inside panel makes for a much sleeker exterior appearance.
