Very pleased with our recent purchase. After years of living with the previous refrigerator this was a great upgrade.

The refrigerator has some nice features. I am amazed by the variety of shape of the ice in the ice compartments. It produces a lot of ice. We get to save a lot of the ice when we take trips for the coolers. Good buy.

All the bells and whistles on this fridge. It’s a great product, works wonderfully. We are very happy with our purchase.

This is an excellent refrigerator. Plenty of room to store all of your items. The mirrored door is an added bonus as is the 3 different types of ice it makes. Highly recommend.

Dealing with the same issue that multiple ithers are. Fridge operates fine and looks great but the ice TASTES LIKE PLASTIC. We have tried multiple new water filters, replaced the water line (even though best buy required a new one purchased with fridge), dumped TONS of buckets of ice, emptied the entire fridge to let it air out, scrubbed it with baking soda and nothing works.the water tastes great but the ice does not at all. Highly disappointing because we bought this fridge due to our last one not having ice at all so now we have spent thousands of dollars only to be without ice again. The irony is that this fridge makes 6 djfferent kinds of ice and they are all terrible tasting. READ THE ONLINE FORUMS, ITS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH NO SOLUTIONS FROM LG. Shame.

Absolutely love the switch to this French Door Refrigerator. It has a ton of room for a counter-top depth refrigerator. The ice maker is on another level so far. Really pleased with my purchase.

THIS COMPLAINT IS SOLELY REGARDING A BEST BUY ONLINE PURCHASE NOT IN STORE WHICH APPARENTLY IS SEPARATE! We bought a fridge almost a month ago, it came but the driver left with the fridge due to our house being on a slight hill, he didn't want to bother trying to get the truck up there, then best buy didn't communicate that we have a built in fridge, it arrived ( with the same size truck as the first one mind you) the guys delivered no problem but couldn't install as they weren't the RIGHT TEAM to uninstall a built in fridge, finally the right guys came ( 2 weeks later) but after taking it out of the box, we noticed there were dents, week later they send us the replacement fridge once again best buy not communicating with the 3rd party , who once again didn't look over the original notes of the house being on a hill and left with our replacement fridge!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to call and reschedule for the 4th time ! Best Buy nor the 3rd party ( I think called RXO) can't seem to get their S together, I'm never buying bestbuy online again! P.s we did get some compensation, but not enough in my opinion consideration all the stress and frustration!!!

Nice refrigerator only thing not too happy ice takes for ever to make also ice keeps finishing Since like every time I need ice. Only negative thing for now

Love this fridge! Very spacious and the different ice options are fun. The mirror door leaves fingerprints every single time someone opens the fridge, but I just keep a microfiber cloth in the drawer next to the fridge and find it takes 2 seconds to wipe it clean. It’s annoying, sure, but it’s not that inconvenient and looks very sharp in our kitchen! The extra slide drawer in the freezer helps keep things organized instead of a giant bin of frozen things I have to dig through.

Everything the sales person said. Product is awesome. Just recently delivered. Perfect for fitting into the designated space. Vast improvement in space unit occupied. Counter depth without handles made a huge difference.
