Love this fridge. It is so much more spacious than my original side-by-side. The space in the refrigerator is unmatched and still is not that big of a unit. The amenities and different size ice cubes are the best!

By far the best refrigerator I have ever owned. This is like the BMW of appliances. So many features, looks great and easy to use. Only downside is how hard it is to keep the fingerprints under control.

I absolutely love the door-in-door function. I rarely have to open the refrigerator fully with this feature. Craft ice is also awesome. I was hesitant to spend the money on a refrigerator, but it is well worth its price.

Wow!! I've had this refrigerator for a week now. All seems to be okay. My personal thoughts on this model is...There had to be a Female on this design and functionality..The craft ice is amazing. The layout of the inside is sooo nice. Really soacious and looks great inside my almost complete reno...WTG LG!!!

This product has all of the features that you could want in a fridge. The double mirrored door lets you get to drinks and often used items without having to open the main door. The specialty ice maker is great for parties and it connects to my home network to provide notifications and status info. All in all a great product.

This fridge is so much better than we imagined. The ice & water delivers without dripping. We also use the 2nd door more than we thought and is really convenient, although, being able to look inside is not something we use but it looks cool. No issues with temperatures and it steadily makes ice. The in-door ice is quicker along with the mini-ice which is nice to quickly cool your drink. The craft ice is slow but do not use as much as the more convenient door ice. We knew ice & water would be used a lot in SW Florida which is why this fridge stood out. We also like the counter depth, and it still has plenty of room. The freezer with the extra drawer is nice to help keep items available and not lost in the bottom bins. The app is also a nice touch and handy. All in all, if it stays reliable, we love this fridge and comment on it routinely.

it is a great refrigerator and it has plenty of space. it fits in my old house. the cost is a bit higher than i wanted to spend.

Delivered August 19, 2023, problem August 21, 2024. Warranty is a generous 366 days (if a leap year). So my $3000 refrigerator needs a repair at 368 days. No mercy from customer service. It's all on me. As to the features- I never use the window, don't use the extra door. The in door ice maker drips in the summer (works as intended when checked). The round ice is neat but limited to 3-6/day. Just a big mistake.

This is a great refrigerator!! Love all the options for ice!! Roomy in the fridge part and love all the draw options in the freezer part. I recommend!!

We replaced our built in GE monogram refrigerator with this one. This accommodates a lot more that the built in used to. Just love this; consumes a lot less energy and produces 3 varieties of ice.

Always a fan of LG. This refridgerator is a great product. The reason i purchased this product is that I dont like the refridgerators sticking out of the counter top. Very conviniet to use the split door to access drinks. Another feature I liked the is the craft ice. Beautiful finished surface

Great fridge overall! Love the craft ice maker, the beverage door and the overall functionality. The counter depth is also great for keeping items in the fridge from getting "lost" in the back and going bad.

so far so good, love the variety of ice and hoping for more reliability that the Samsung brand that we have not had good luck with, so we switched to LG which is supposed to be reliable

Awesome refrigerator. Has 4 types of ice, 2 for dispenser from the door and 2 more from the freezer. Love the quick access door for drinks. Add in the collapsible self for taller items, and the perfect appliance. WiFi enabled as well.
