    While we are enjoying our LG appliance, we experienced damage to our hard wood floors and cabinetry during delivery. That was in September...we are still waiting to get resolution. The communication between the store and the delivery team was horrible. They arrived not knowing we had a subzero fridge to be removed.

    This refrigerator is recommended to operate at temperatures that damage food. We had to set it way warmer. The produce bins offer no option to regulate air flow and temperatures which would be nice to keep produce crisper and fresher.

    We are very pleased, only one issue, inherent in the design, the ice is inconvenient to access. A simple low tech solution is a couple of 1 gallon pitchers to hold ice in a convenient location.

    Good fridge. Takes a couple days for temps to stable. I have a sensor push thermometer and has stayed in temp since I bought it 2 months ago
