We love the door in door feature. It's not that loud but you can hear it working. Additional ice maker in the freezer is great as well.

I thought the third door was the most ridiculous thing when my husband and I were looking for a larger fridge than we had. Now that I live with it everyday, I LOVE it.... it’s so convenient. My 5 year old can open it and grab a juice box without opening the whole door forever looking at all the contents of the fridge... I love the freezer space and frozen pizza pocket.. I wasn’t thrilled initially when looking and went with what my husband wanted but now I couldn’t imagine a different fridge

LG is the best brand for kitchen appliances. It is reliable brand. As I trust, it is very quiet, well operated, and maintain the freshness of food longer. I love it. It is worth to buy.

We love the separate door to get stuff we use the most like milk without having to open the whole door especially with 3 kids at home, fridge is quiet and spacious. So far a great fridge

This LG refrigerator is loaded with features that exceed other makes. Dual ice makers with one in freezer and one in the door assures a constant supply of ice even if one of them quits working..

I’ve only had the refrigerator for three weeks now but so far we like it a lot it’s roomy and has like the shelves.

Perfect amount of doors and space. Some have too many doors, but this one had the right amount. I love the ice/water maker on the front, and there is so much room everywhere.

I have had the fridge for 3 years and it has broken twice now in 6 months and lg has been less than accommodating. We have lost several hundred dollars worth of food let alone the inconvenience of dealing without a fridge for weeks at a time. We had to go out and buy a second fridge as we have 2 small kids and couldn’t wait for lg to get their parts and service men to get out. It seems like no repair company wanted our work when they found out it was a warranty repair. You think when you buy the top of the line fridge lg offers you would get much better reliability and more importantly much better customer service. Very disgusted

Much more room than we had in our side by side. Love the bottom freezer drawer. Only negative - it exceeded the stated measurements for height. Had to do a little cupboard remodeling.

Spacious refrigerator. While we did have an unexpected issue with the compressor, LG honored it’s extended Warranty and provided excellent service.

I LOVE MY NEW FRIDGE. IT HAS A LOT OF ROOM FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY SPOILED FOOD YET.

We did a lot of research before buying this refrigerator. It meets our needs perfectly. Food stays uniformly cold no matter wear it is located. Having two ice bins is a feature we weren't seeking, but now that we have it, we wouldn't want to do without it. We'll never have to buy another bag of ice for hosting family events or having company. Electronics work perfectly and are easy to adjust. I think the best feature of this fridge is the brilliant light. Our old one was so dim, we practically had to climb in the fridge to read a label. This has the best light of any model on the market. Nothing negative to say about this great product!!

Very Quiet and well designed. It would have been nice to have a designated area for tall bottles like wines.

Plenty of room additional ice maker so never lacking ice as with other french door refrigerators. The door in door is cool. So far nothing negative.

Nice refrigerator I really like the dual ice makers. We turn the second one on the night before we are going to need extra ice. No more buying bags of ice.
