I have almost no complaints, but for the reliability. It has been about 2 years since I bought it. The cooling / refrigeration unit has broken twice already. This trumps everything else. A refrigerator which you cannot rely upon is of little use. Wish LG would pay heed to quality. (I have read many other reviews which mention similar problems)

It is very well designed and the doors don't over-swing to avoid hitting the counter tops. The Best Buy installation guy didn't do a good job installing the doors correctly so at first I thought I got a defective unit. But I adjusted the doors myself and now the refrigerator is so smooth and refined.

This one was similar but I liked the new linear compressor design (which now comes with a 10 year warranty). We like the easy access drink door and the overall size. Also the revised water filter and water dispenser design offers a noticeable improvement in overall useable space than many other models.

There are lots of drawers--helps me keep things organized, and the door in door access bin is great for frequently used items. I was initially concerned that the ice maker made such a small amount of ice. Not anymore--the ice is always fresh and tastes gr8. Exactly what I wanted and a perfect addition to my beautiful kitchen.

Our fridge unit seems to freeze our food, even if we try to adjust the temperature. I would say that is the only flaw I have observed with this.
