Very disappointed on the sales team of the ground staff specially at Best Buy Doral Miami. Terrible service. And on the delays of the deliveries.

Compressor went out. Geek squad has been given me the run around along with LG. My parents and in-laws have had the same issue. Would never buy an LG appliance again and you are wasting your money on buying geek squad warranty. They just pass you along to the next person.

We love the door in door option and the slide out freezer on the bottom. It is very handy to have both the ice in the door and a supply in the freezer on the bottom.

I just love my new refrigerator. It is very spacious. Works great! My food stays fresher long and my soft drink are nice and cold. I would recommend this product.

We needed a new fridge to replace our Samsung fridge that had stop working and this one has all we need! A lot of convenience freatures and tons of storage space!

Very happy with the purchase of this refrigerator. You do have to be careful to make sure the door in door closes, but other than that very pleased.

I purchased this refrigerator on June 28, 2015, and it has just recently failed due to a compressor fault. After speaking with the LG authorized service provider they stated that 9 of 10 times they need to work on an LG refrigerator (with the linear compressor) either the evaporator or the compressor needs to be replaced -- sometimes both. While LG warranties their linear compressor for 10 years they do not pay for labor which will run around 600$ for replacement in the area I live. Additionally, you will spend roughly 2 weeks waiting for the parts as they are in such short supply due to the large failure numbers. Fortunately, for LG, their legal team is significantly more competent than the engineering team behind the linear compressor. A recent class action lawsuit levied at LG was recently dismissed. I would link it here, but will not as the review may be removed due to that. My advice is to skip LG or buy the extended warranty. After two to three years you will have a very pretty, but very warm, box taking up space in your kitchen.

The fridge is a good size. I like having the icemaker in the door instead of on a shelf. I also like the half opening door for drinks and such. I guess the one thing I would have preferred is to have another drawer in the fridge part. Having three means you have to open up both sides to access the middle drawer. This is our first experience with a bottom freezer and I'm not a fan. You have to dig through everything to get what you want. I like that there is an extra ice tray in the freezer though. Overall, we love it.

It is very spacious and comes with an air filtration feature, and all in a low affordable price. It fits perfectly in our home.

I would give lower than 1 star if I could. We bought this refrigerator from Best Buy almost exactly 3 years ago and we have had problems since we first got it with the indoor ice maker freezing up. It would be a solid block of ice and would not dispense ice, so we would have to melt it with the hair dryer to get the block of ice out. This would happen almost monthly from when we first bought the refrigerator. Then yesterday we got home to water in our kitchen floor and everything in our freezer thawed and the refrigerator was just room temperature. Needless to say it was a mess and we had to throw away all of our food. We spent almost $3000 on this piece of junk LG refrigerator from Best Buy. We called LG customer service and they said they will sent out a technician within 3-5 business days. Please DO NOT purchase this refrigerator...you will regret it too I am sure.

The original LG refrigerator had ice maker problems right after delivery. Had a Geek Squad tech out and he said that the problem was in the door and it would be a major repair. He recommended a replacement. We have had the replacement now for about 2 weeks and no problems thus far. We love the refrigerator. It has 2 ice makers and the french doors with the pass through door. It is awesome. Best Buy took care of the problem and replaced the faulty refrigerator without any hassle at all.

The 2 ice makers save buying ice all the time and the door in the door saves opening the whole door in this 115 degree heat I thought I might miss my snack drawer; but, having extra freezer space as a result makes up for it I also appreciate the extra space on the water and ice dispensers After 2 weeks, I am super happy with my decision I plan on having this one for years to come
