Great optional features, door-in-door for smaller drink items, dual ice maker, solid construction, bright, clean water quickly delivered, good cooling evenly as desired, easy to access. Delivery service got doors leveled evenly on second visit. Now looks good too. Hoping for better energy savings over time. What we needed.

My wife loves the space and the different drawers.

The fridge works fine and has lots of space. The ice maker froze over and needed many repairs and the whole fridge ended up needing to be replaced. Hopefully we just had a flawed ice maker

Love this fridge, the dual Ice maker is awesome!!!

It sounds weird but the ice on this taste gross! I had a Samsung hooked up to the same water line and it was fine and (since I returned this fridge) a whirlpool and both taste fine... it was this fridge! I had a replacement one too and it tasted the same - I am wondering if it had to do with the filter (which I also changed). Note I did empty SEVERAL things of ice in the door and in freezer and both kept tasting weird!

After 2 years of ownership the entire unit broke. Had to throw away everything in the freezer and refrigerator.

Terrible, Terrible Thermistor went out after 3 years, now the compressor is out after 5 years. Lost a lot of food.

I purchased this refrigerator because it had ample freezer space and easy to organize. The two places to access ice is an added convenience. The door in door bin access is another feature that attracted me to this refrigerator. I am very pleased with the choice I made.

Please buy a different brand unless you want problems with in 3 years my compressor went out

Fridge has odd placement of water dispenser, not intuitive. Freezer drawer is a bit tight, doesn't roll smooth

The door for milk & juice has already broken!! It will not close and hangs open all the time. Installation was very poor, the company best buy used was very uncooperative and did not show they knew what to do. And the schedulers at best buy took down the info wrong, so the delivery people would not do what needed to be done.

Bought this model 2 years ago, and after replacing the seal system, two days later it breaks again with no repair options , it now has a leak coming from the box where geek squad can't repair anymore, so we had to buy a new one, not LG this time. Many reviews in the web with similar stories. Let's see how our new whirlpool does.

Moving to French Doors from 2 side-by-sides means rearranging a couple of times but it is working well. Love having the options. A little trouble getting used to the touch pad.

I've had the fridge for about 2 months and everything seems to work nicely. The water spout is on the outside of the ice dispenser which is a little different, but it works...

owned fridge for 3 weeks. seems good so far. have to make sure door in door is shut and latched because it won't do so on its own if you're not careful. Alarm will sound

started with dishwasher then all new stainless steel appliances frig & stove All LG. Like fridge and stove. burners to easy to turn on gas by bumping them.has happened 4 times when having parties. Lg has been great with service

all the LG refrigerator doors brought to my house have dents in them, it doesn't look like a best buy issue it looks like an LG defect from the factory

Only had it for one month but cooled quickly and maintaining temp well. No issues with ice maker or freezer. Sometimes door within door doesn't close all the way.

Our new LG - Door-in-Door 28.6 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water is great. Love the in-door beverage storage area and the second icemaker. Great buy. Delivered on time by courteous installers.
