Be extra careful with installing this unit! L brackets are so small and flimsy making it very difficult to sit bottom inserts on them which creats the possibility to slip unit off your hands and dropping it out the window because of it's long design most of the weight is in the back, meanwhile the brackets are at the very front. I strongly recommend having it install by store professionals and avoid injuring someone bellow. Otherwise this air conditioner is awesome! If installation was easy and safe, I will give it five stars.

This is an outstanding model. Cools off fast, quiet, looks modern and sleek, easy to install and awesome in working as it is wifi and Alexa enabled

I got this for my apartment since it is an older one and the air conditioner is not the best in my apartment. I would say this little unit is amazing. I keep it on energy saver and have it attached to my google account and I can control the setting on my phone. Such a great buy. I highly recommend it.

The one I purchased works just as good as the model (14,000 BTU) I have in my living room window. Excellent model!!

Pretty heavy although once installed it cools quick and is much mlre quiet tjan a traditional window air conditioner. The L brackets that come with this air conditioner are a joke. We got a window air condtioner support bracket on Amazon to support on the outside and it works great. We got this unit for our bedroom. We have central air although when sleeping at night we bump the temperature up in the house and like to sleep cold in the bedroom. This air conditioner is the same noise level as a fan. In fact our Dyson fan is actually louder than this air conditioner. I hooked this up to the wifi and the LG app and works great. I can be at work or in my living room and turn the air conditioner on or temperature down/up with tje spp. The energy saver mode works great as well. I know some people dont like that energy saver mode turns on and off every now and then although i enjoy the white noise. Nightime mode also is great because you can turn all the lights off on the front panel to have the room pitch black. I recommend for anyone that wants a modern definitely more quiet air conditioner that is a smart product to use in the home. By the way, works with Alexa to turn on and adjust the temperature.

Got this to replace a old 15,000btu unit I had that just never worked right. Was a little worried it wouldn't be enough to handle my large master bedroom but wow, it's amazing. Have had quite a few 90 degree days and this AC handles it like it's nothing so far. I've never had to increase the fan speed past the lowest setting either. Noise level is almost non existant to me. My Dyson fan is like twice as loud so it drowns out the AC. Dehumidifier mode works pretty well, kept my room around 60% when outside levels were over 90%. The window kit thats included does a pretty good job at sealing everything off and comes with foam inserts to block out more noise and light. Smart features work wonderfully with Google Assistant and the LG app offers energy usuage insights too. So far it's costing me about $13 a month to run it, never set above 68 and at night I turn off energy saver and drop it to 64.

My main 2 criteria for buying a new window.AC. 1. Is it really quiet? 2. Is it energy efficient? Meaning a rating of 12 or above. This unit covers both of those and also does it’s job of producing lots of cold air. My only surprise is that the unit sticks out beyond the window more than expected. That wasn’t a problem but it was a surprise. I would still have bought this model. Why didn’t I buy it from Amazon? Because I didn’t want to possibly deal with getting a damaged unit. Azons delivery does a great job of delivering heavy items. NOT! Many AC buyers there complained of shipping damage. I think the delivery people hate heavy items and give the item “special treatment “. Then they deliver the item to your porch and don’t even ring the doorbell. After all, you might notice the damaged box and make a fuss. So instead of taking that chance I did the BB parking lot pickup option. Very fast and easy. Then I opened the box and checked for visible damage with the store employee right there. Everything was fine. The unit works great and is REALLY quiet. I buy many items from azon but their delivery of heavy items as of late is not impressive. Btw: the reviewer who compares this AC’s noise level to “like an old prop plane taking off” is a jerk. I saw he posted that same phrase about several different window AC’s. I couldn’t be more pleased and will update this review if I have any problems. Praise the lord, I have a quiet window AC at last. Hallelujah!

So far this little AC has been a CHAMP.. very quiet compared to other Window units I have had over the years. easy to use, remote works great. I am using it to cool approximately 600sqft which is over its rating and it has done a fantastic job during this July 2022 heatwave of back to back days over 100 here the Midwest.

Love it!!!! It’s quiet but not that quiet, it does the job very good, it cools my room in just minutes even if it is 100 degrees outside and humid, nice looking divisé, I still think that it is expensive specially when you were expecting something super quiet

I love this LG air conditioner!!! It’s so quiet easy to assemble and keeps my apartment cool. All ready recommended it to family.

Quiet, efficient. Has dual inverter motor, which means there is no jolting kick sound when the compressor kicks in and out. So won't wake you up in the middle of the night. Wi-Fi works, but may be slow at times to change settings, not sure why. Does drip a lot of water, make sure there is a lot of clearance for the water to flow out.

Quiet, real quiet. Easy on the electric bill. Good looking smaller than my old air conditioner of the same BTU's Comes with all needed items to install. No need for any additional installation parts.

Definitely worth the higher entry price than other air conditioners. Keep the room very cold quietly and is much lighter on the electric bill than other units. Adjusts very quickly to temperature changes and the phone app is very easy to use.

Quiet but best of all can't hear compressor cycle on and off. Nice steady white noise while sleeping. Only 4 stars because LG App is cluttered with Ads and unit is not HomeKit compatible.

Very quiet and efficient air conditioner, I am surprised about how quiet it is compared to a traditional window air conditioner. It cools a living room, kitchen, and room with no problem.

This unit is super quiet. I love that about it, especially in my bedroom. Having said that I feel a little disappointed as it doesn't seem to cool as well as I expected. I previously had an 8000 BTU unit so I bumped up to this 9500 BTU unit (box says 10000)as it is the max I can have on the electrical circuit. I expected to be much cooler, but it doesn't seem like it takes the humidity like my old one did. I would recommend if quiet is your most important attribute. Otherwise, I would go with something else.

I bought this specific model because it fit a oddly sized window. Zero complaints. Runs quiet, gets very cold and does not moisture up/drip inside. Love it.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! shipping was extremely fast. Easy to install. Love the modern look and how quiet this AC unit is. I also love the wifi control and the remote control. I can be laying in bed and can adjust my ac to the temp I want without getting up.

We bought this to cool down our old house. it cools very well and looks great in the window. It can be installed by most people (if you have two people and some strength), but due to the width of my windows and my own distaste for nails, I had a custom stand built that does not touch my house. You should get a support of some sort. It does not turn on right away and gauges the temp in the room, which is great. it gets pretty cool. We bought it right before the record breaking heat in 9/2020 in Southern California and it really did a great job. If you have an open floor plan, it will cool the area very well.

This is the best window AC. Buy it. Inverter means it is super quiet. It has a remote and an app. The app is decent. You can also use Alexa or Google.
