The camera on this phone is amazing! The speakers are loud, so loud that I can hear my music from inside the house when my phone is outside! Great quality all the way around!

At first I was not pleased with this phone as I was with Sprint Prepaid and the phone stated that it would work with CDMA Carriers. However....when I tried to activate the phone with Sprint....it did not work. I then tried Verizon and it still would not work. SO....I decided to try AT&T. I had to purchase the SIM Card Kit....but was able to activate it online myself....select a plan and it's all good now. All in All.....LOVING MY NEW LG G4.

The camera and touch screen are excellent on this phone. The voice recognition, call quality, internet and app speed are all good to very good on this phone. I am pleased with this LG

This LG G4 phone is a great phone with good battery life and quick response. It is quite easy to use.

This is the best Android phone I have ever used. Best part is LG never hangs reason being they also update their own apps regularly. Also the battery life is excellent for an Android phone.

The screen and speed of the phone is just as good as the galaxy series. Just was not able to connect with Sprint store, they said was incompatible.

took me a couple of days to figure out how to connect to my network. I am no computer geek, but after a couple of false starts got it done; hurrah.

I love this phone! The camera works great and the screen resolution is perfect for watching movies.

I loved the phone, but the only problem I came across was that the phone wouldn't update past 5.1 regardless who I spoke to or what I did.

Easy switch from texting phone to smartphone. Set up was simple, and everything seems to be in a logical place, at least for me. The size feels right in my hand and the curved back helps me hold it while texting.

It's an awesome device. Though it comes with some pointless apps installed, but can be easily rid of.

I purchased this a year ago and have loved it! I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately the software did get stuck in a boot loop recently and I had to have it replaced. The phone is fast, and has plenty of memory. The interface is clean and easy to use. I like the curved screen/backing too, it fits well in your hand. The camera is AWESOME. I have had multiple people ask me if I took a photo with my DSLR camera that were taken with this phone. Focus is great. Does well in low light, you can zoom without too much noise, and it has advanced settings so you can play with the shutter speed, ISO, etc. I am not a professional photographer, but understand the settings and they help a ton in certain situations. Again, I would give this phone 5 stars if it hadn't shut down on me. My new G4 replacement is running perfect though! As of this review (8/8/2016) it is prices unlocked at $299 which is half of the Galaxy S7 or iPhone 6 and I would take this phone over those any day (and save $300+ to boot).

Looking to get a deal on replacing my LG phone since I'm not too keen on paying $600+ for a new phone when the software isn't supported after a 2 years and the phone is out of date. Best Buy offers a LG - G4 4G LTE with 32GB Memory Cell Phone (Unlocked) - Black leather for $299.99 and lists under Product Features "Compatible with CDMA and GSM carriers, including Verizon Wireless, Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile". HOWEVER, their return policy is 14-days with a $35 restocking fee even if the phone turns out to be INcompatible with a listed carrier. BUYER BEWARE! You may get a Manager override, but definitely not Expert Service. Unbeatable Price.

I purchased this phone in black leather and it is as functional as it is good looking. I put in my SIM and SD cards from my old T-Mobile LG Leon and got it up and running in no time. This phone is fast, powerful, has loads of memory with one of the best cell phone cameras around. I can't afford to upgrade phones every year, so wanted something I could use for a while and this is it. It was running Android 5.1.1 out of the box and received the Marshmallow 6.0 update the same night I purchased it. If you want a phone that can rival the overly-priced S7s and the like for a far more reasonable price, this is it.

I was soooo excited to get this phone..and...loved it once I opened the box and turned it on. HOWEVER...it DOES NOT work with SPRINT prepaid....nor VERIZON prepaid...which are the 2 I prefer. The specs said it works with CDMA and GSM carriers....but...it doesn't which is why I gave it a "poor" rating...because of misleading specs. Does work with AT&T...but you have to purchase the SIM card for AT&T....and I'm with Sprint and prefer to stay with this service as it has worked very well for me for the past 4 years. Returning the phone to Best Buy.

No matter if you get this phone from Best Buy or ATT, it SUCKS! I never damaged mine and the first broke in 8 months and then insurance from att gave me another one and it broke in 6 months!!! It's so unreliable and AWEFULLLLLL!! I never wish this phone upon anyone. Save yourself!!!

After visiting the Best Buy store twice making 3 phone calls to Sprint Customer Service and visiting a Sprint store I have been unsuccessful in getting this phone activated on my Sprint Account.
