No real complaints. The rear button is odd but you get used to it. Built in apps don't seem to be as intrusive as other major brands. Also one of the last "modern" phones that still has a replaceable battery, so that is a huge plus to me.

Phone is really responsive and takes really great pictures. Only qualm I have about it is that there's a little bit of bleeding on the screen in the corners

My first unlocked phone purchase. LG G5 is a great phone I had under a company account. Nobody tells you an unlocked phone put on a Verizon plan can't have Verizon voicemail. Verizon adds their proprietary apps to phones sold by them with Verizon emblazoned on the phones. This should be told to everyone before they buy an unlocked phone. It took 3 trips to Verizon and 2 to BestBuy until someone at BestBuy in Hartsdale was able to figure it out. She said I couldn't return it for a Verizon phone and I am furious to the point I won't go to BestBuy again out of principle.

The device became great due to huge discounted after the G6 launched. It has the best performance you could find in $300 to $400 smartphone market, even beats some budget flagship such as Oneplus 3 or Moto Z. However, it was hard to believe you could get a new phone without a battery inside the box. The Best Buy told me this was not a battery on sale from Best Buy so they could refund me $25 and let me order one from eBay or Amazon by myself. In addition, this device uses USB Type C port but Best Buy suggested to purchase a Micro USB cable with it. What a service from Best Buy?

I was looking to upgrade my older LG Ultimate2 that was using Android 4.3 and a 5MP camera but didn't want to spend $500+. I bought this unlocked phone for half that and it has Android 7.0 and a 16MP camera. So far the phones features and performance have exceeded my expectations!

Phone is excellent quality and battery lasts 2x as long as G4. Only negative is the late nougat update for unlocked phone. I like the modular concept, to bad it didn't catch on in the marketplace.

The phone is becoming outdated very quick but it has done what I needed it to do. The camera takes very nice photos as well with a manual mode that is very cool.

It's a flagship phone with good specs.. The fingerprint access is fine and the the phone runs fast. The pre-installed software is pretty clean. Can be updated to Android 7.0 Nougat.

I highly recommend this phone. A nice Camera good speed and can match up with the best android phones out right now. only drawback is battery life. on average it last a day and a half

The LG G5 was very easy to set up and use right out of the box. It has a very easy user interface and has worked very nicely with every application that I have loaded so far. Phone interface is easy to learn and has some great options right from the start.

This is my second LG5 phone and I would buy it again. Lots of storage space, fast with a descent screen. The main reasons I purchased, removable battery, so I can have a spare battery, keep one battery charged and swap it out and huge storage.

This is an amazing phone. The 32G is large enough for everything I want on my phone. Best photo quality I've ever seen. Much quicker than my old iphone. Only minus is the battery life; easy solution would be to carry a second battery with you.

I have had Samsung smart phones for the previous 5 years including Note 4, Note 5 and S7 models. This is my first LG phone and I did alot of research on the model G5 before purchasing this phone. I love that it is an unlocked phone that will work on just about any network. Everything else about this phone is outstanding, the 2nd wide angle camera is one of the best features. I love this phone better than any of the previous Samsung models I owned. I can't believe the finger print scanner for locking the phone actually works perfectly. I could never get the finger print scanner for locking the phone to work on any of the Samsung models I previously owned. Lastly this phone is such a great phone and at a fantastic price point my daughter just ordered one from Best Buy and can't wait untill it gets delivered tomorrow!

Phone came packaged with everything included that should be included. Amazing camera, HD quality videos, plenty of storage. Android device works perfect with all google apps. Needed a few updates starting out, but now runs flawlessly.

The only reason I'm giving this two stars and not one is because it's a nice looking phone. I loved the removable battery, it was a nice shape and felt nice in my hand. That's where the positives ended for me. Right out of the box I knew something was wrong. I attempted to power the phone on and nothing happened. Luckily I was in the store and asked an associate about it. He thought it was strange and so began our journey. He offered to charge it for a little bit to see if that would help it power on. I wandered around for 10 minutes and came back to see it still wasn't responding. Ten more minutes and finally another associate removed the battery and put it back in and VIOLA! It booted up! Made a test call and went on my merry way. Then the phone shut down in the parking lot. I went home and charged it some more, but it still wouldn't boot up. I removed and replaced the battery, and it booted up again, but then started restarting over and over and over. I finally just gave up and put it back in the box. I returned it today and won't be purchasing another LG. Ain't nobody got time for that.

I've been telling friends about this deal over the past week, since I learned about it and made the purchase. I love LG phones and I currently have the G4, so I bought this G5 for my husband when his other phone went south. Love them.

The phone has many features and is a perfect size. I like the way the battery can be replaced and the bottom of the phone where the charger is plugged in can be also be replaced

This is one of the best phones I ever had. camera is awesome and phone is smooth as silk. the best part is that u can use fingerprint to unlock the screen which is really quick and easy. I would highly recommend this phone !

I bought this for my wife when the screen cracked on her Nexus 6P phone. She likes this phone much better than the Nexus 6P. The layout is better and she finds it easier to use. It was a great price for a nice phone.

Great phone for a decent price. Long battery life and is very light. Sceen is a little smaller than ,y last phone but the resolution is awsome
