very nice phone easy to use takes great pictures not very heavy

I love the phone and the camera is so clear with every picture.

I was looking for an unlocked phone last minute since my phone died. It's pricey without a contract but it works and was up and running within 15 minutes. Just had to swap SIM card and memory card. Very easy for non-techy person to figure out.

The battery life needs to be improved without the help of using battery saver more often than you care to use.

This is a device which I bought for $180 including tax. Fast and easy to handle without a case. Just one camera but other than that a great value phone when bought at the low price!

I do love it and it works great, just still getting used to it as I have to do anytime I upgrade!

I really like the fingerprint security feature not only for unlocking the phone but apps. The phone screen size is perfect for my needs. Long battery life. Quick charging compared to my old phone. The only downside is its sleek case is slippery & you need to be careful. Really like this phone & its price point. A lot of bang fir the buck.

Bought this as a replacement phone for my son who went swimming with his other phone. This one is water resistant. It works okay but he really doesn't like it.. not as fast or solid feeling as his old Moto Z2 force.

Great display,great camera, fits my hand well. Definitely an upgrade from my old K8 and it was easy to switch. Used it in Europe with no problem. Did run into an issue with my sim card not pairing correctly and had to go to Verizon. Also, could only find a couple of cases online but the one I bought fit fine.

I purchased my first G7 fit just before Easter. Moved from a Motorola Z3. Sound quality on G7 is a bit better than the Motorola. However, that's about it. Cons: 1) Volume level doesn't go as high as the Moto. Sometimes more difficult to hear a caller. 2)I know this is personal preference, but keyboard for typing is smaller than Moto. I am always making typos. 3) BIG one here: Dropped calls. In my area, my Moto had better internet and phone signal. I am on my 2nd phone. I brought the first one back. Best Buy was FANTASTIC to me. No complaints about them. They changed some settings after me having phone a few weeks. It didn't help. I returned it with Geek Squad Warranty(Highly recommend warranty). No rebuilt ones available, so the second one was a brand new G7 phone. Signal and internet are better. But still not as good as the Moto. 4) Notification sounds. Apparently an issue. Google this and you will find at attempts at remedies. My notifications sound volume is set for on, for high. Yet, when my screen is dark, No notification sounds for text messages. I have to take it from sleep to see that I have text messages. I set the phone so I see the time, and notifications, even when the screen is dark. I have checked all settings to make sure I am not on Do Not Disturb, etc. I restart the phone and they, the sounds, come back for a few hours. They disappear after a few hours. 5) Doesn't always multi task well when talking and online. Thought I would be okay with this. 6) When the phone is charging, half the time the phone gets hot. Real hot. When will someone get hurt and lawsuits start? I know it's a mid grade phone, but so was the Moto. I thought I was going to do a bit better going to LG. Guess not. I dropped it before I could get a case. It slipped out of my hand, because some engineer feels these phones need to be slick and slippery. Phone shell/case not in resellable condition. I prefer the ability to hold onto my phone, LG. Put a little grip to it. Just like other phones need. Once again, I have NO ISSUES with Best Buy service. They have always been awesome with me. Can't speak highly enough of the friendly staff and Geek Squad staff. LG? Well, they need to learn how to build a real phone. Don't buy LG phones.

I bought this phone to replace my Samsung this phone is on par with the Samsung S9. It was easy to set up and migrate all of my apps. Good buy at at good savings

My only complaints are that the calendar on this phone did not keep all of my information stored locally, and forces me to use Google calendar - therefore, I had to manually transfer 5 years of history to the new phone - extremely time consuming!! Also, there was no "desktop widget" for voice mail and no notifications of new voice mail received.

For the price the phone is great I really like it.

This phones reception is horrible. No one can hear me on it. I paid $339 for this phone and all LG will do is have me mail it back to them for repair which will take 2 weeks and I won't have a phone during that time. My question is for Best Buy. Did you know there were issues with this phone? No other store sells this partucular Not sure I will buy another phone from Best Buy either because no one will help me. I didn't plan on buying a phone with reception problems. Best Buys policy is return it within 2 weeks or they wash their hands. Who knows much about a new phone before 2 weeks? Not a happy customer!

Havnt figured out why but battery has to be charged twice a day somthing is up other then that it likes to go to sleep (screen)while using it havnt had time to deal with that either

Great phone does everything I need it to. I drop it all the time and the screen has yet to crack. Everyone freaks out that I dint have a case or screen protector but I don't even need it

Returned it because the specs said it has wireless charging but it does not. This was a Best Buy mistake in the listing. Otherwise a nice phone for the price.
