Excellent product. The retractable EarPods are a must. The sound is good on calls and YouTube. I have had several of these now and get about 2 years out of each of them. Sooner or later the com through one or both EarPods stops. This is known and you just have to accept this. I use this at night several times a week because it fits between the ear and the EarPod well with little time getting used to them. It’s a nine out of ten.

This headset works great, i am very pleased with the product, calls are very clear and music even better, i am almost 70 years old and i find very easy to use.

This one replaces its older brother that served me well for 4 years. I tried several brands of ear buds but either the sound was bad or they kept falling out of my ears. But this thing is Perfect for me! Impressive sound, long battery life, Amazing fast re-charge!! I love it! I was skeptical about the 'refurbished' thing, but it's working great these weeks later.

Very good when you are busy gardening, bending down, they won’t fall off. Good sound. If they fall off your ear, they won’t hit the floor. My favorite.

Loved the head phones. Works well with good sound and long battery life. Bad thing - DON'T BUY THE REFURBISHED ONES. My broke 6 months after I purchased them and was told the warranty was only 90 days. Sucks to drop this kind of money on them and they break 6 months later.

Great price for refurbished. I’ve been through multiple pairs of these and I continue to get them because of the ease of use and sound quality. The problem is after a few years it breaks down and the warranty is expired. Better to get refurbished for much less cost.

These headphones have a great design, lightweight and have a long lasting battery. They charge fast and has an easy to use app available for download to add more features.

I purchased the LG headset because of how much I liked my old one. The sound quality of the new one isn't as good, but I knew that before I bought it based on other reviews. I also bought it geek squad refurbished just to save some money. Came in the original packaging, however had the wrong charger. Good thing I still have my old one. I would only recommend because of its size and ease of use.

The instructions could be a bit clearer for set-up, but the quality of this headset is good. We understood we were purchasing a refurbished item and was disappointed that it was not cleaned better. Once we cleaned it thoroughly, figured out the set-up / charging process it has operated as we hoped and the sound is fantastic.

The Headset arrived with a crack on the left earpiece, that ran up 2/3 of the bell housing. The sound quality was good, but how long before that crack becomes a split and then the speaker falls out? Geek squad missed this crack, and I didnt want to accept a clearly damaged headset. Upon returning at store, I bought them New, and so far no compliants.

Excellent range, good sound, and comfortable. Perfect for using at the gym or running errands.

looks great functions properly bluetooth capability needs to be easier

I wasn’t made aware that this was a returned Bluetooth. It works perfectly fine at the moment but I probably wouldn’t have purchased it if I knew that.

This is the second refurbished item I’ve gotten from Best Buy and I will never do that again, from anywhere. My mind can’t be changed on that. Years ago it was an iPad and now these headphones that are sort of bulky but that’s not what the rating is for. The rating is because these headphones SUCK. I can’t even mow the grass and hear anything and it seems to be loud and normal every few times I turn it on to use so that means all the other times I can’t hear hardly at all making them useless. And for the price I paid I am far from happy about these.

These are great! I realize that they're clunkier than stand-alone earbuds, but much easier to keep track of -- and you quickly forget you're wearing them. Only reason for four stars instead of five is that I couldn't get extended coverage.

Handy for keeping your earbuds close by, when you don't want them in your ears full time. Put them in to take a call, and let them retract into the casing when you are done.

I love this headset but the refurbished one sucks. Came with no ear buds and keeps dying.. but this is a great headset overall.
