    Just purchased my 2nd pair of these. First pair lasted several years through daily wear and a lot of outside work and activities. Great product and will absolutely continue to purchase LG headsets!

    Good price for a great product. Actual item was quiet expensive but the refurbished one has a good discount. Except battey life cncern, everything is good

    I gave it to someone as a gift. The bluetooth came without instructions and it did not work. I was so disappointed and I had to return it.

    I purchased A refurbished LG retractable Bluetooth, but the rubber earpieces kept falling off. I would buy a new one & pay full price in the future.

    The Bluetooth its not working properly, some times it get disconnected by itself, one side sound more weak than the other

    Terribly disappointed, first the unit had all kinds of ear wax all over the ear pods, then was missing some of the silicone cups, very poorly packed, on top of that one speakers didn't even work! Returned it immediately! Don't waste your money..

    Came with the wrong charging plug, luckily I had one that fit. It worked for a few days and then died, I'll be returning for a replacement/exchange.
