My dad LOVED the idea of the watch, and I admit in certain situations it is preferable to more complicated solutions, but this is NOT something for teenage girls entering high school unless they have proven they can't handle a phone (lol). Which is exactly why I got my niece one...The wristband is SMALL, looks uncomfortable, but it probably won't come flying off for no reason. It has MINIMAL features. The wearer is limited to 1 of 9 auto-determined replies, voice memos, "emoji" or phone calls to 1 of 10 predetermined contacts. They can receive messages through the app only, phone calls (which can be set to auto-answer but then, the call will only last 1min long). All calls are on speaker phone with no ability to use headphones or Bluetooth earpiece. The touch screen has a HUGE bezel making it only about as bit as a tamagochi screen (but better quality display). The calls are clear and setup was easy. I was surprised with the location notifications. NO REMOVABLE SIM, but IS 4G. No browser, Google assistant, or even directions. If you need to add an emergency contact, find your local 10 digit version of 911 so it can be added as one of the 10 contacts. I can only recommend in certain situations

Battery life is good and GPS is accurate in our neighborhood. The texting is fun too. App is easy to set up and use. We love this!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My kid loves this he’s five and then kindergarten We love that he can communicate with us anytime it was easy for him to figure out how to send us messages and call us but the location tracking is a little disappointing as it only updates the location at fixed times or when you request an update . The Geo fencing works but only allows you to set the monitoring for a two hour window

He only voice texts us back. All texting is done through the app, cannot text the watch directly. Which is good if you don't want the child receiving radon texts.
