I was impressed at the screen quality in the advertisement (dumb I know) but in actuality, it does not deliver. Good specs poorly executed.

The feel of the keyboard was really off. You don't right click on the keypad, you left click. I found it glitchy. I will return to HP laptops from now on.

Laptop was refurbed excellent and was supposed to come with all original accessories. I received only the laptop and no power cable. Was told any store could get me the cable. Concord Mills Manager was insulting and told me my option was to return it and hope a new one had a cable or have a good day. Totally unacceptable when Best Buy should have stood behind the product

I had no issues with the laptop until 4 months into ownership and the screen will not turn on. Brought it back in, Geek Squad was going to send it in for repair, but they do not send LG products. So I wasted an hour at the store, where instead I needed to contact LG via their website. 30 minutes with LG and they are finally processing the return. $1500 for a laptop and it takes a crap in 4 months is crazy.

Poor quality right out of the box. Contacted tech support and they want me to send it in to California for repair. I will be without the use of it for 2 - 3 weeks.
