    Computer, is fine, sales lady was great, the dude there should learn to not lie and try to take a sales away from another sales person by saying she was off the day I returned and she said she'd be there.

    computer is great, but the Geek Squad file transfer from my old computer was a bit of a disaster. Apparently my old computer was dropped and damaged. Been trying to get in touch with someone from Best Buy to see if they can fix it, but despite promises nobody gets back to me.

    Only 1/2 of the screen comes on at times. Haven’t taken it back yet for Best Buy’s to look at it. Once it warms up a minute, it comes on full screen.

    It’s fast and lightweight but the battery doesn’t not last as long as my last laptop like I expected and it did it would. Otherwise it would have a 5 Star.
