    Good: lightweight and fast. Bad: Lots of issues with it working properly and with downloaded apps working properly. In addition to spending 2 hours with the Geek Squad techs when I picked it up, I've had to endure 6 additional remote Geek Squad sessions (and the headphone output jack still doesn't function properly). This shouldn't happen with a high-end laptop that cost me $2K.
