I tried all recommended options to get it to work, including a new sim card. Nothing worked. Best Buy would not take it back, but instead said it needed to be sent back to the LG company. The repair process took 2 weeks. When I got it back the problem was not solved at all. It still had the exact same problem. It seemed they didn't even bother testing any "repair" they had done. After over a month without a cell phone I had to just go a buy a totally new phone. That time and money on that phone was a total loss.

I got the noled app to remedy this, however I wouldn't have purchased the phone if I knew this ahead of time. The screen sometimes doesn't respond. It's quicker than my old smart phone, however it seems to be a step down. Also got a memory card.
