I wanted an unlocked phone since I am living in Belize for a year. I tried putting a sim card in it, it won't accept it, like the phone is still locked so not good on that aspect. The storage fills up fast as the operating system and preinstalled apps eat up half of it. I purchased a SD card so that I could have extra storage. If I had a choice, I'd definitely have purchased a phone that has more storage. The phone being locked bothers me as I asked questions before I purchased it. I cant return it as I'm not heading back to the States within the return time of 14 days.

I use Net10 and the ATT SIM was no-go, T-mobile works great. Found another review on that river in Brazil and they also found the same. Best Buy needs to update their documentation or get ATT to allow the phone on their network.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Despite the phone labeled as UNLOCKED & INTERNATIONAL COMPATIBLE, in reality it was not. It did not work w/ any of the GSM Carriers outside the US. I called the LG Warranty Hotline (1-800-793-8896) and the rep acknowledged that I have been mislead and even suggested that I have it "jail-broken" by a 3rd-party tech w/ a disclaimer that LG as a manufacturer does not recommend it though and "if you do, it will forfeit your phone warranty". Don't make the same mistake that I did when I bought this phone. Best Buy should pull this scam of a phone out of their stores if they truly care for their customers and their business integrity.

Does not have the option to manually choose the network, even with turning developer option on. LG provides no helpful info on their web site regarding this matter. the phone is gong back to Best Buy store once I arrive back to the US
