It just took a little getting use to. I am 72 yrs old so I can understand working with something new take a little time. It last longer without charging as often. The price was great! I received wonderful service from the young lady that helped to set it up. Thanks Bestbuy!

Bought as a spare while my new phone came in. It is a pretty good deal for the price. And it does what it set out to do pretty well. Looks good and feels good.

Functions well, it doesn't take much to fill the memory , and the processer becomes slow anf sluggish the more you dowload, its a great phone for basic functions, wouldn't recommend it if video logging and Photoshop.

I'm happy with my purchase. I love a lot of the features. The only thing I don't like is that you having to continue to try to brighten the screen to see it.

Go phone with more GBs. Fair in price. Had to get new phone. Little amount of storage on these go phones. So uupdated to more storage phone.

I purchased this phone when my LG Stylo 4 when it started acting up, since I'm not prepared to spend a couple hundred on a new handset. Im familiar with LG products, and I really only needed a place-holder for several months time. The phone does the job, but it's operating syatem is a bit slow. It struggles sending picture or video over the Verizon network, and it has trouble connecting to bluetooth devices. I like to connect my handset to my DJI Osmo Action and use it as a controller, but it simply refused to comply with that request. It also has a very sensitive screen. It has nearly accessed the emergency dialer on several occasions while Im in the garden, so I generally dont have it on me, electing to leave it on a credenza or table within earshot. Yea, it's a cheap phone. It's a 2019 model lilely made in 2018 struggling to stay current in a 2020 world charging towards obsolescence in 2021. It manages to do the important things like e-mail and making phone calls, and receives most phone calls. I think I'm being generous with a 3 star rating, but Im slowly starting to hate having an electronic device constantly calling for my attention without offering me a twinky. The Carrots just don't cut it these days: I can grow those myself thank you very much.

1. Love the size & phone 2. Hate the messenger app a. NO MESSENGE SCHEDULING FUNCTION b. ONLY ALARM one time for new TEXT MESSENGE. It DOES NOT repeat alarm. My previous LG Phoenix would repeat new notification alarm every 5 minutes

For the money, it is good deal. There are drawbacks, however. The phone does not fingerprint authentication and the power button is not easily accessible to turn the phone on quickly and easily. The memory is only 16GB but then for the money, I guess that is how much one can expect.

Phone is extremely easy to navigate and learn to use. Got this for my mother who usually needs help with technology and she was quick figuring out the device. Little assistance needed.

I'm a lover of anything LG. Don't really like the placement of the volume button and the calendar setup on this phone. Trying to get use to them:)

This phone was an upgrade from the old LG she had. The camera is good and the screen is a good size for her to see everything.

Purchased phone to up grade from an old phone. Had no problem getting service. Camera is very clear and take nice pictures.
