It constantly stops and won't work. It has a very poor speaker and is the second one I got from Best buy. It just gets worse every day. I have only had it for 8 months but had trouble since the first day. The only reason I gave it 1 star was because I can still make calls. Cannot read anything on internet because it just disappears. Also cannot play games. What a waste of money.

This is my second phone I had to return do to poor performance. This phone shouldn't have even gotten an OS upgrade at all. It's like putting a race car engine in a Ford Fiesta, it doesn't make sense. It is the most basic of the basic smart phones, with a really weak processor and 2GB of RAM. It handles calls and texts well, but everything else is virtual unusable. I just needed a basic phone to get me through until I purchased another daily driver. But after three miserable days, it went back. Basic shouldn't equate to snail.

And the quality of the voice coming in is difficult at times. But the service that was given to me when I bought the phone and I had it shipped to my daughter and myself the gentleman was excellent couldn't ask for a nicer representative. I have difficulty going from one screen to another and I get very aggravated with the Google assist what can I help you with today hello cuz that's not your fault that's all the phones

Because the phone that I was replacing was not charging up properly. The charging port was loose inside the phone. She did get the important information transferred from the old phone ie; phone #s and Facebook App. after I got home I was able to put apps of my choice from the existing procedure.

Lousy cell

Looking at aol and it jumps to msgs. And the volume goes up and down for no reason. Service at best buy was good,, but cell sucks!! T mobile cell.
