So far I had it a week and it's pretty good for the most part. I love the phone and love the size. The camera it's pretty great love the phone. Once I learn the function it you'll love it too.

This has been an amazing phone for my husband! It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that other expensive phones have which is exactly what my husband wanted! This is definitely a keeper!

I purchasing a unlocked phone and before I did I inquired if the phone would work with my carrier with the response "yes". I made the purchase. When I went to my carrier they said this phone isn't compatible. So when I went back to return it the Manager told me there is a restocking fee that I sign for. That would of been fine if I was returning it for any other reason, but I was told it would work and it didn't, so I ask for a full refund. I was giving a hard time and eventually the manager gave in with a attitude to me. Grant it I wasn't very pleasant when she said my hands are tied and couldn't refund the full value.

I have always had good experience with L G products. I like things to work without a whole lot of thinking. The initial set up was easy enough, although I did check with a tech to make sure I didn't leave anything out.

Phone freezes alot when playing games or reading website

The screen turned black within 20 minutes of use. This phone was still erasing data from a previous user. Best Buy online sold me a defective phone that was owned by another user who apparently sent it to Best Buy return center in Shepherdsville, Kentucky or perhaps a third party reseller. Best Buy is not really the Best Buy. I sent another review of this phone. I'm trying to find out where Best Buy listed this review. I don't see where twenty-five points is given.

I ordered a new LG K 51 cell phone at full price through Best Buy online. When I received the delayed order I turned the phone on and a spinning disk and the word "erasing' appeared. There is no way a cell phone would be erasing if there was nothing to erase. The phone had been previously owned or was defective. I contacted the Best Buy Corporate Office . The customer service employee was excellent, helpful and very nice. He said return the phone for a replacement. In the meantime I received a "new" LG K 51 phone by UPS. When I turned it on a spinning disk appeared with the word erasing. Shortly after using the phone the screen started hopping around without being touched. The screen suddenly went black with the icons still visible. The malfunction is apparently intermittent and the phone seems to be functioning at least for now. Best Buy Corporation is reselling returned electronics or selling defective merchandise. This is a buyer beware review. I'm putting this gist of this review on several websites to see if other Best Buy customers have received online electronics and noticed the spinning disk and word erasing when the electronic was turned on. I bought several LG cell phones from Best Buy. None of them were erasing data when I turned them on. This could be some sort of manufacturers defect specific to the LG K 51 phones. The individual employees of Best Buy have all been excellent. Selling defective or returned phones are corporate level decisions that reflect bad faith to buyers. I sent information to the Federal Trade Commission. If other customers experienced a Best Buy problem similar to mine the FTC may know.

Nice screen. Camera is amazing. And excellent sound.

I like the the phone,only one of the things that it don't have Is hand free calls for me to make or to answer it. Not enough storage,for pictures and videos..

I bought this for my husband. He is able to hear well on it and is pleased with it overall. We have had good service from LG phones in the past.

The product is user ready and user friendly. Does not compare with top brands but atleast is very great value for its price.

Average. It can only receive some text while talking. Even at home with the wi-fi. If your not on the phone it works great.

This phone is fine for the basics . Does and has what I need . Camera works ok for regular pictures , But , clarity and definition not so good for detailed pictures (such as things with print ) needs better options , Auto Focus , Dark areas ... Am disappointed that it does not have sound when taking Videos . I videoed an awesome Caribbean Band , got home to play it and no sound !
