    This phone is really a great phone. I bought this phone for my mom and she uses with such ease. Battery life with heavy use of apps is around 4 to 5 hours. Mom likes the screen, she can adjust the font on the letters to make bigger and readable, unlike some where the fonts wouldn’t go any bigger. For the price I would say it’s nice.

    By no means a flagship, but it has a great battery life, removable back cover and battery, and Google Messages preinstalled as its default SMS app. It's already survived some drops and the most that happened was the impact energy apparently transferring mostly to the SIM card.

    I had the phone activated before I set the "personal" information and programs. Now I'm having trouble setting the "personal" information up on the phone. The instructions are not at all helpful. I'm hoping someone in the store will be able to set the phone up for me.

    My mom had a flip phone forever and she needed a new phone. She doesn’t need a smartphone or apps or anything. She just needs to text and talk. It was very easy for her to learn. She loves it! She shows the grandkids all the things she learned herself on it. She’s so excited that everyone can text her pictures now. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs a phone bit not the wholeness of a smartphone!
