    I was very pleased with the previous one and decided to purchase it when my previous telephone stopped working. The battery lasts a long time. I have not had any problems with dropped calls. The security feature is good as well. All in all I have been happy with the LG products I have purchased

    Needed a smart phone as my cruddy Blu phone broke (charging/battery issues after a few months). This does the job. It runs a little hot sometimes but ... it's decent and I'm happy.

    I purchased this model for my wife because it was on sale and in stock at our Best Buy store. My wife is a newcomer to smartphones and while I was helping her to become familiar with it's features, I discovered some shortcomings when compared to my LG Phoenix Plus smartphone. As a result, I returned the LG-K8 cell phone to Best Buy and purchased an LG Phoenix Plus. This way my wife and I are on the same page as she learns to use her new smartphone.

    Got this phone for my husband, when his 5 yr. old flip phone died. After looking at several phones, bought this because the volume on it was loud enough for him to hear over noise. We will see how it works as time goes on. Have had it for almost a month.
