Had to buy a new phone to replace a broken one, this phone is okay and not very expensive, compare to other smartphone. Very easy to use. Nothing special.

I used this phone when travelling abroad and it works just fine with any network. Mainly for texting and calling and Uber, Lyft, or Grab when summon for ride abroad. If you asked me about LTE I tried to use the office WIFI with this phone and it's a heck of a slow. At my home WIFI it work fine but not so on public WIFI like Starbucks, etc. There you have it, a travelling phone.

Great phone for prepaid. However, you cannot install more than four or five apps before you run out of memory

Purchased for my mother. Her first smartphone. She loved it! Very user friendly. The only complaint is that it does not come with a user manual. You have to download load from the website.

Have not had the phone long, but seems to be an ok phone for the price. Screen is a bit touchy. Not a big fan of the volume control on the side, cannot really "see" buttons, but can get past that.

Bought a new phone and had a great experience at BestBuy. The phone and cover were ready when I was there also had a return and everything went seamlessly!

Just got this phone and it is as expected. We'll see how long it lasts. Have not used the phone yet, this review is based on what was in the box. Might update after some use.

Good phone for the money, I purchased two phone cases the first one wouldnt fit with the glass screen protector but the tekoo case did fit with the screen protector.

Simple smart phone. Not a lot of extras on this one but is exactly what I wanted. If that is what you are looking for, this phone works. Good battery life.

Perfect phone that I needed for my father!!! Was getting tired of buying phones for credit at Tmobile so decided to purchase this from Best Buy and I’m so glad that I did because it is a great phone, no complaints.

a good price for a phone with the standard features but to me it felt a bit "cheap". maybe time will tell that it holds up pretty well. so we'll see for now. easy to setup and use.

We did not realize how little memory this camera has and even though there are only factory installed apps on the phone plus What's App, there wasn't even enough memory to take pictures! We had to purchase a memory card. Other than that, the phone itself works fine. In addition, since it's not "locked", we do not get Voice Mail and have to dial the phone's # to hear anything.

I needed an unlocked phone for myself and my son. However I could only use one upgrade at a time with my carrier. This phone was a nice change to what I had.

Purchased this phone for one of my kids who needed a quick affordable replacement. Easy setup and use. Does everything he needs.

I have enjoyed my phone and have had no problems other than it does not read the messages out loud like my other phone.

I needed a phone due to Tracfone's inability to reactivate one of their phones. All I had to do with this phone was move my T-Mobile SIM card from my old phone to the new phone and everything worked like it's supposed to.

I love the phone because I can put it in my pocket and the screen doesn't change to other screens like my other phone.Easy to use and it doesn't drop calls like my other phone did.

Was looking for an unlocked phone to work only on WiFi for grand children. This phone works well. Easy to set up. 9 year granddaugher set up her phone by herself.

Traveled to Philippines, bought this phone to use there. Bought sim card when we got there for $4 and paid about $10 for air time minutes and data for 3 weeks, worked awesome !

This seems like a very good basic phone. It does the job for me and it works with Cricket Wireless. I'm happy with my purchase
