Of course because of the Corona virus pandemic, Geek Squad was no longer working in the store. The tech's solution was this unlocked LG. He said my sim card would work in it until I could order a replacement for my original phone. The LG didn't work at all and my replacement cost me $200. All and all, it was not a pleasant experience and I promptly canceled my plan, having spent almost $300 in monthly fees over the last two years.

Just making a call or sending a text requires a lot of patience. At first it wouldn't let me install any apps; I had to go back to the store and get tech help. Somehow GooglePLay had to be installed or re-installed. Then I could download the NYC Parking app that I needed, and also the ZOOM app. But still sooo slow! Slower than a previous phone I had, an older model that looked very similar.. That was the LG G2.

It came with 30% charge and after 2 days of charging on different chargers, it only got to 32%. I returned it with no problem.

I verified and double checked with an employee that this phone would be compatiblewith us cellular. Obviously I'm not an expert on cell phones but now I'm out on a cell phone and had to pay a $45 restocking fee because I trusted a best buy employee with this purchase.
