    this phone was a replacement for a broken samsung 9+ ...i had bought 2 samsung 9+ within days of each other when first released.1 of the phones was for my son the other for me.i put insurance on my sons phone since he tends to have more issues with phones than i do.when we went to the store to claim the insurance due to him breaking it,i was told i have insurance on my phone not his.so clearly it was a mistake by the best buy staff member.at any rate now i had to purchase another phone out right.
