Nice unit, easy to use, high and efficient energy and easy Cleaning.

Doesn’t have a bunch of buttons on the outside, but requires the door to be open to access all the buttons. For quick access it has a stylish touchscreen slide bar duration and a start stop buttons on the outside. Really looks nice and matches my other appliances, works exactly as expected. It’s been about 6 months and no issues have come up at all, overall it’s a solid quality product.

Bought for less then 100 bucks. Excellent price for a very good product. Fully satisfied and highly recommend.

This microwave gets super hot. I almost have to cook stuff for shorter amount of recommended time.

I HAVEN'T HAD A LG APPLIANCE PRODUCT WHICH HAS FAILED ON ME FROM DEFECTIVE PARTS OR EVEN JUST FROM A STANDPOINT OF POOR MATERIALS. LG HAS STANDOUT FROM THE CROWD TO ME BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS DELIVERED QUALITY ITEMS WHICH IN TURN MAKES ME ONLY TRUST LG COMPARED TO THE REST. IF IT LASTS A LONG TIME AND I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT I'M A HAPPY CAMPER!!

I have had many microwaves in past. Foods were never fully cooked. I’m very impressed with this LG Neo Chef compact microwave. My food comes out perfect. And also for a compact microwave it has an interior light, with a dark interior color. I hate that washed out color white that many microwaves have, that eventually show stains.

It works really well but i didn’t realize that there are no numbers....just a plus and minus for time that you hold down. The jingle that it does when it’s dobe drives me bonkers, too. It will keep going off every minute or so until you open the door, too. Not a fan.

Great small but does the job and fits where I need it

It is very quiet and easy to use. Excellent small microwave in our mast bed.
