Love my microwave, compact but fits a standard sized plates, nice features, easy to use.

Our new house didn’t have a spot for an above-the-range microwave and, with limited countertop space, we needed to go with a smaller on-the-counter microwave. This LG model had been great so far. It has simple and easy to use input controls, accessible both with the door open and also with it closed. It is quiet and easy to clean. No issues yet with the smaller capacity.

This microwave is a funny little thing. I wanted small, but it's a tad too small to feel comfortable. Everything fits, however. It plays a little song (and a reminder) when the cook time is done. It doesn't have a traditional time pad, but a little sliding scale which is annoying when you want to be precise. All in all though it does its job and doesn't take up much space.

Great heating, easy to use, and great appearance with less noise than usual microwaves have.

The NeoChef is a nice microwave. Has good cooking options. I like being able to increase or decrease cooking times by 10 seconds. It is quieter than the microwave I had previously. It's easy to clean. Although the finish sound is not overly loud, I would like to be able to turn off the sound it makes... It's kind of a goofy musical ditty. This is the only thing preventing me from giving it a 5-star rating.

Hard to find a 11 to 1200 watt microwave in one of this size. It is quiet and a great microwave

Really nice simple design with very easy and simple touch controls. Super easy to operate with only a few preset buttons like popcorn which I use almost daily, otherwise just close the door and tap start for an immediate 30 seconds or keep tapping for more time. Looks great and it's smaller size fits my small kitchen perfect.

I love this microwave! It is so much more powerful than my last microwave. Just 30 seconds is enough for most of my reheating needs. Very easy to clean. Some people don’t like the chime at the end of cooking, but I find it much better than blaring long beeps - especially when you’re trying to be quiet. There are lots of features including defrost, presets, and a link to your smart phone if there’s an error.

This is our second time buying this microwave and we came back to it because it's great. First one lasted around 6 years before the heating element went. But nothing is made to last as long as it used to. It's compact and stylish and gets the job done.

Great microwave for small apartment! Heats up food so well my plate be hot as well! Warms up food evenly bc of the inside design of the plate!

Great compact size for the counter but so roomy inside. Reviewers whinging about the controls must not know how to operate modern devices. If you can use a mobile phone or swipe a tablet, you can operate this microwave control panel. Actually, you can be a feral child raised by wolves and still be able to enter society and warm up a cup of civilized tea in this microwave.

We chose this model for out kitchen as it fits well on our counter and doesn't take to much room. The different features are also easy to use. This is in fact our second version--our first stopped working and we got a new one thanks to the protection plan. That's the only reason I'm not giving this five stars. In short, it's design is nice and it works well--but do buy the extra coverage just in case.

I like this unit. It was priced well, compact and powerful.

I wanted to save some counter space but didn't want less that 1000 watts. This is a nice compromise between size and wattage. Touch control seems to work well. One drawback is that the timer only allows increments of 10 seconds until you get to 3 minutes and then it's 30 seconds. For example, you cannot set the timer for 45 seconds.

This is a great microwave. Nice power for the price. I wanted a smaller micro to fit on my counter it looks great and even the sounds it makes when food is ready is fun.

Great replacement of our older over the range monster size microwave. It’s even more powerful and faster than the previous. It’s the perfect size to hide in a cabinet, as we did. So far very happy with the product.

We located this in an appliance "garage" and this was a size that fit - plenty of power for us and we use the exterior 30 second time increments all the time (versus the door open controls). Fits a large dinner plate with no issues. Had low expectations but have been using it for a month now and am giving it a 5 star rating based on it's price point, power, looks and functional value.
