This is very beautiful and works well. No complaints. Controls are not hard to figure out, right from the start, with minimal effort. Easy to clean.

Perfect for a smaller unit. Fits a full size plate but not much more. Kids love the chime when the food is done, it's not an annoying loud beep

Highly recommended. Control panel very simple and easy to learn. Extremely quiet, end chime, very soft and pleasant as well the inside light not the usual harsh yellow light. Bought this model due to the size and depth limit, but if you can, get the bigger the bigger one (wish I had the room)

Great quality for the size and price- perfect for our need, but the buttons are a little frustrating. There aren’t any number keys- I wish I would have researched that better, but the size, quality, and look of this thing makes it easy to ignore the missing numbers- works well!
