Not too big and not too small, just the right size for my apartment countertop and it works like magic. 30 seconds heat up and your plate is already the perfect temperature. It also looks amazing for its price and for its price, the performance is great!

Great little countertop microwave. We recently had an expensive wall-mounted, fancy unit that died a premature death. This little guy does such a better job. Also, it notifies you that the task is complete with a pleasant ring, and doesn’t insist upon itself.

Purchssed on sale at great price. Nice size microwave that is sleek on the outside. Lots of features that I havent even used yet.

Love this microwave. Compact size, heats extremely well and very user friendly. Also looks nice on counter. Only negative I can think of is there isn't a digital clock and no back lighting on key pad.

This microwave is compact yet powerful which was exactly what I needed for a small kitchen. It does not have a number pad and I was hesitant because if that, but I don't miss that feature at all. I use the plus-minus feature on the outside and it's easy to use and faster than keying in numbers. The unit is sleek and stylish and looks better in person! I researched a lot of microwaves and it's hard to find something this small with 1,000 watts of power. Highly recommend.

Perfect size for countertop but fits full-sized plate. Makes a little tune when done instead of beeps--love this detail. No # to enter exact time so I just use 30-second auto and press several times. You can also enter time in 10-second intervals. Built-in handle on far right. LOVE this microwave!

This microwave has good power for the size. It's just big enough to fit a 12 inch diameter plate for re-heating food. I was dubious about the controls at first with the absence of a keypad, but after using it for a month, I definitely prefer the touch sensitive swipe method for setting the time. Great minimalist, clean look. The only thing I could do without is the jingle when finished. Great product. Would buy again.

The LG NeoChef Microwave gets a five star review from me. I was looking for a smaller microwave oven with high wattage for my countertop. This fit the bill. It has a smaller footprint and does an excellent job. The control panel is inside the door and offers the same options as other ovens do. The option for a 30 second heat up is on the outside of the door and reheats coffee readily. You can increase the 30 seconds by pressing the button until you reach the minutes desired.

the Neochef compact microwave is one of the best microwaves the buy with a 10-year warranty you can't go wrong, I love the tunes it plays when your food is done, such a nice addition to your kitchen with it being compact it fits just about anywhere! I highly recommend this Microwave, also I have had this microwave for 7 years and it's still going strong!

I have a very small compartment in my cabinets for a microwave and this was the perfect fit that also looks great. I thought not having a keypad or the lower wattage would be an issue but it is plenty high powered and the capacity is great (it uses all the space). I would buy it over again and highly recommend it. Note that this is coming from someone who previously had a $1000 fisher paykel microwave.

Compact and stylish microwave with unique features and a good amount of wattage. Got it at a good price too. What more can you ask for?

It looks nice, sounds nice but the controls are a little wonky. You have to open the door to set anything other than just cook. The outside is just high cook, and you press the + or - to set time cook. There's a popcorn button, but no quick buttons.

Small, yet powerful, microwave that gets the job done quickly. It's vey easy to use and I haven't had any of the things I've reheated splatter which I think means that this microwave heats things better than my last microwave. The only complaint I have is that I think it's weird that you have to open the door to set the timer function. I'm used to using the microwave as my timer and this seems unnecessarily complicated for a standard feature. Still, I'm not going to take a star off for it since this is a microwave and it microwaves perfectly. Even though it is small, I can fit a full size plate in it.

It's really good at heating food, looks very elegant and it's small enough. The door hides away the control pad giving it a clean and elegant look. It does heat up the inside of food items better than most microwaves. One thing tho... When it finishes heating up your food it sings !!! LoL it sings a very cartoonish tune that plays everytime it's done working or to remind you that your food is ready. Hahaha I thought it was cute.

This microwave is great. It looks great, it packs a lot of power for its size, and the turntable helps keep things heating evenly. My only complaint is that the method of selecting a cook time is to slide your finger along a bar for how long you want to heat things. It's a little clunky, and only works in increments of 10 seconds. I would like a bit more granularity, but for the size, power, and feature set, it's hard to complain too much.

Beautifully designed LG microwave that does exactly what it's supposed to do. Using it for a week and loving it. Bought it to replace a large and powerful Panasonic oven that lasted 25 years, had some doubts about how powerful this smallish LG NeoChef could be, but it is in fact very powerful, and the size is perfect -- it easily fits a standard dinner plate, so unless you use your microwave for some huge cooking projects, this one is of perfect size and power. It's very easy to operate with the capacitive start button that automatically gives you 30 seconds, but it's easy to add time. This will probably cover 99% of the microwave use for most people, but more complex and specialized heating options are available if needed. And one more thing - I read some comments that this LG microwave slides when opening the door and thus doesn't allow for one-hand operation: this is totally INCORRECT. Mine is set on a highly polished granite counter and doesn't slide one bit, whatever you do, so it fully supports one-hand operation. Very happy so far, and I've had good experience with other LG products over the years.

Nice look. Easy to clean. Plays pleasant little tunes when it's done instead of annoying beeps. The only complaint is that the cook time has to be set with the door open. It's hidden behind the nice clean front. There is a time 'slider' you can adjust from the outside, but it can take several finger swipes to get up to the time you want. The 'add 30 seconds' is also available from the front, which is what I often wind up using.

Good design, tight fit into small kitchens, look very modern and heating things up fast. Nice end ring tone.

Very powerful for a small microwave. Sleek appearance and exactly the right size for our space. Controls are a bit different from most. There's no number pad, for example. Surprisingly roomy inside considering the compact outer dimensions.
