The size of this microwave is perfect for my office. At 1000 watts it is more powerful than most other microwaves of a similar size. Additionally, the microwave is very easy to use and works very well. I highly recommend this device.

I purchased this microwave last July 2020 and it has worked really nice. I like the modern look and the easy-to-use bottom technology. It does not take up to much space the lighting inside is fantastic.

Great design, love the size and also no buttons on the front to collect splatters, etc. The only thing, if i had anything to say about the design is that there is a lip on the door that you want to hold to open the door but the "lip" is attached to the door. Just a learning curve i guess :) We love it! Simple, no crazy buttons, etc. I would recommend highly.

Initially we bought a GE microwave, due to it's good reviews. But it died in just 2 days. We took it back and exchanged it for this LG model that has some interesting bells and whistles. Although a little skeptical about the new touch screen worked without an actual control panel on the front we took a chance, since we know that LG is very reputable with their home appliances. From day one of using it I have loved everything about it. It is very simple to use, and fits perfectly on my counter top right where I need it. The touch to start/stop, as well as to change the timer is very responsive. The best part, it plays a cool little jingle when the timer ends, instead of beeping at you like an annoying smoke detector. Looks like LG got it right again. And thank you Bestbuy for recommending this to us, I love it.

Sleek looking, compact, easy to use. I consider this the perfect microwave.

I needed a small microwave and this is perfect. It’s compact but powerful and looks great. Can use it with door open or closed. I had bought another brand and returned that one twice then bought this one. It’s is exactly what I wanted

I was used to a larger over range microwave but needed a countertop at the new house. I was concerned about the power in the little 600/700 watt countertops, but found this LG offered 1000 watts with only and extra 1 1/2" of depth. It works great. Boils a cup of water in 90 seconds and popcorn starts popping fast and finished quickly. The only issue I see is the control labels are a little hard to read in dim light and I have to get close or turn on a light to see the labels.

The best looking and best ever microwave i’ve ever owned and the sounds it make plus the way it heats things n the light .. especially the wheels, there is no spilling whatever u heat up in there. Great buy.

Really loving this little microwave. It’s simple, sleek, and small enough to fit in our pantry, which helps keep the counter top less cluttered. We are even actually enjoying the little jingle it plays when your cycle finishes, haha! I usually prefer a number pad to be able to enter in precise cooking times, but this system has been much easier to use than I would have thought.

First, I have to say, I haven’t used it a whole lot yet but, I am so glad I decided to purchase this one! I was so hesitant for a couple reasons - one, I bought a different brand that I thought I really wanted and because, I wasn’t sure about the whole digital thing and just wanted the usual push button options and I needed something a little smaller but, with at least 900W (this one is 1100W). It is actually much easier than I thought and it’s the perfect smaller countertop size and you can still fit a full size dinner plate inside. It’s very sleek looking and it has a very nice beep tone and they are not loud and annoying. I would totally recommend this microwave!

We have been using the LG NeoChef for a few weeks now and are very pleased with it. It is much more powerful than our previous microwave so we have had to adjust the timing for everything (but shorter times are better!). I love the gray interior and ease of cleaning. And the alert sound when it finishes cooking is kind of cute. (Plus it will remind you in a short time if you haven't removed your item.)

Such a surprising purchase. Compact, great interface and design. Simple to use and effective. Plus, a great song plays when it's ready.

I needed a microwave while my kitchen was being remodeled and the installed unit was out of commission. This unit provides even heating and has sufficient power to heat food quickly. Doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter

I was looking for a small microwave that had a bit more power than my last one. This one is great - it's easy to use, takes up little counter space, has good capacity and cooks in a flash.

Nice quiet microwave. We were looking for a smaller one for our countertop. This is a small footprint but powerful and plenty of room inside. Very happy with it so far.
