I needed a microwave for my kitchen counter and really didn't want to give up any counter space. This microwave combines compact size, good power, and nice design for an overall great product.

I bought this when I moved into a small apartment with limited counterspace because its a smaller machine. I picked this one specifically for its clean futuristic look. Its an excellent microwave, does its job very well and doesn't feel cheaply made. It does not have number buttons to manually enter a cook time but honestly that doesn't matter, the little touch slider on the front works just fine. All around great and would buy again. The only drawback is that my large dinner plates are square and since I bought the smaller microwave they can't turn but its all good I have small plates. Its really easy to clean and the cute chimes it makes are just a bonus.

We have a pretty narrow space in the kitchen cabinet where no regular microwave would fit. This one fits perfect. Since it's a new inverter type it heats up food evenly and pretty quick. One press of the start button starts it for 30 seconds and you can add by 30 seconds increments as much as you need. I didn't feel any problem with the start button sensitivity as someone stated in other comment. I doubt we'll ever use other buttons that are hidden behind the door as we use it for heating up food only. I wouldn't say that notification melody is loud or annoying, it's not. It stops the same moment you open the door. All in all we're happy with the purchase. It looks nice and gets the job done.

PROs: Quick access functions on outside make it easy to add time. Soft LED makes it easy to see in the kitchen too. Food comes out evenly cooked. Small design works for my small kitchen. Choose options, close door, then hit enter to start. CONs: Not terrible, but new design could be weird for some people. You can only choose in 10 second increments. Not like a normal microwave where you type in exact time. All functions are on the inner panel when you open the door. Why I need an app to ever "diagnose" this thing is beyond me. I haven't had issues like a few reviews Ive seen, but you shouldn't place this in a tight spot as I read it does need some clearance for proper airflow.

This not so small Microwave has a ton of settings and features. It has just as many features as my older larger microwave had and it takes up a lot less counter space. Runs very quiet too.

Just bought this to replace an over the stove microwave that blew out during the Texas power outages last week. It's much smaller since I don't have the counter space. Bags of popcorn will temporarily get stuck, but if you're this small microwave, that's to be expected. Heats well and evenly, looks great on my counter. Matches my stainless steel appliances. Has little melodies when you plug in, start warming something up and when something is finished cooking. Is a little pricey, I'll admit. But definitely works better than cheaper models and I wanted something to look good in my kitchen of my newly purchased home.

The LG Neo Chef 0.9 cubic feet microwave has been a solid addition to my kitchen appliances. Overall, I'm impressed with its performance and cooking capabilities. The microwave functions exceptionally well, cooking food evenly and efficiently. Its compact size makes it a perfect fit for my kitchen countertop, yet it doesn't compromise on cooking power. I particularly appreciate the turntable, which functions flawlessly and doesn't wobble, ensuring even cooking without any issues of the plate being off-centered. However, one aspect that could be improved is the timer settings. I find it cumbersome to set the timer using the plus and minus buttons instead of simply inputting the desired time directly. It's a minor inconvenience, but it does detract from the overall user experience. Despite this drawback, I still find the LG Neo Chef microwave to be a great appliance. Its compact size belies its cooking prowess, making it an ideal choice for smaller kitchens or anyone looking for a space-saving microwave that doesn't compromise on performance.

Has a clean front panel and buttons are inside I thought is might be awkward but actually it works excellent! looks great easy to keep clean and the performance has been great so far

Our old microwave (only 5 years old) gave out. We realized that we were not using it for anything sizable (mostly reheating tea), and decided to go down in size as much as possible. This, as small as it is, saves a lot of counter space AND still has everything we need it for. I like the door, as it has no spring hinge on it (the last one wore out and it was hard to open as a result). Straight manual pull open and push shut ! This seems to heat evenly and quickly as it has the necessary wattage. And it is quiet. Best Buy had it on sale, so even better ! Thanks.

I love the clean design and that makes it very easy to clean. The turntable is very stable and the interior is design for maximum space; I can fit larger items than others of the same exterior dimensions. The light makes it easy to see the food and I love that you can add time as it is cooking if you feel it needs more time! The cooking is amazing compared to previous microwaves I've owned of similar size. I've only used the popcorn but notice you need to stop it with 10 seconds left otherwise the popcorn will be a bit overcooked. Very affordable for all the features. I would buy again in an instant!

Microwave works great and perfect size for countertop. Does not take up a lot of space and great functionality. The swipe function to select heating timing in increments of 10 seconds is surprisingly convenient and efficient. 100% recommend as a buy.

LG has always been my preferred brand for microwaves. Really love the updates to this microwave-it replaced my last LG that died after many years. Very simple 30 second increments or slider on outside of door is a really nice feature to increase or decrease time easily. Other functions still available to program when needed by opening door & entering on inside keypad. Looks sleek & saves space on my countertop with its more compact size compared to others offered. Heats well & hoping it lasts as long as the others I’ve had in the past.

This is just beautiful to even look at. It's soft close, easy to clean and doesn't take much space. I made the right choice in LG.
